Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば、電解液注入孔34と、これを密閉させる密封部材40の構造を改善して、電解液注入孔34に対する密閉性を向上させることができるように、セパレータ13とセパレータ13の両面に配置される正極11と負極12を含む電極群10と、電極群10が内蔵されるケース14と、ケース14と結合されて、これを密閉しながら電極群10と連結される端子31,32が結合されるキャップ組立体30と、ケース14またはキャップ組立体30の一側に形成される電解液注入孔34と、電解液注入孔34の周辺に沿って形成される溝35と、溝35に嵌合されて、電解液注入孔34を覆って密閉する密封部材40とを含む二次電池が提供される。

Claims (18)
- セパレータと前記セパレータの両面に配置される正極と負極を含む電極群と;
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと;
前記ケースと結合して前記ケースを密閉し、前記電極群と連結される端子が設けられるキャップ組立体と;
前記ケースまたは前記キャップ組立体の一側に形成される電解液注入孔と;
前記電解液注入孔の周辺に沿って形成される溝と;
前記溝に嵌合されて、前記電解液注入孔を覆って密閉する密封部材と;
を備えることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記電解液注入孔は、前記キャップ組立体上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電解液注入孔は、円形断面構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝は、前記電解液注入孔から所定距離離隔して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝は、前記電解液注入孔と接するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材の周縁は、前記ケースまたは前記キャップ組立体の上面と同一平面上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝は連続的に繋がって環構造をなすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材は、前記電解液注入孔を覆う蓋板と、前記蓋板から突き出されて形成されて前記溝に嵌合される装着リーブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記装着リーブは、前記蓋板の周辺に沿って連続的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記装着リーブの外径と前記溝の外径が互いに対応する大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材は前記溝に圧入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材は前記溝に嵌合され、前記密封部材と接する前記ケース又は前記キャップ組立体と溶接で固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材の側面は、前記密封部材の上端から前記ケース又は前記キャップ組立体と対応する高さまで傾いて傾斜面をなすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材の側面には、前記溝の深さと対応する高さを有する溶接部が外側に延長形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材の側面は、前記密封部材の上端から前記溶接部まで傾斜面をなすことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記密封部材には設定された圧力で破断されるベント部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベント部は、前記密封部材の表面から陥没した凹部から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池。
- モータ駆動用であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
