Claims (13)
- 세퍼레이터와 이 세퍼레이터 양면에 배치되는 양극과 음극을 포함하는 전극군과,상기 전극군이 내장되는 케이스, 상기 케이스와 결합되어 이를 밀폐하며 상기 전극군과 연결되는 단자가 결합되는 캡 조립체,상기 케이스 또는 캡 조립체 일측에 형성되는 전해액 주입구,상기 전해액 주입구의 둘레를 따라 형성되는 홈,상기 홈에 끼워져 상기 주입구를 덮어 밀폐하는 밀봉부재를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전해액 주입구는 캡 조립체 상에 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전해액 주입구는 원형 단면구조로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 홈은 상기 주입구의 형태에 대응되는 형태로 이루어지는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부재는 상기 전해액 주입구를 덮는 덮판과, 이 덮판의 전면에 돌출형성되어 상기 홈에 끼워지는 장착리브를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제5 항에 있어서, 상기 장착리브는 상기 덮판을 따라 연속적으로 형성되는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부재는 상기 홈에 억지 끼움식으로 결합되는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부재는 상기 홈에 끼워지고 밀봉부재와 접하는 상기 케이스 또는 캡 조립체와 용접으로 고정되는 이차 전지.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 장착리브의 외경과 상기 홈의 외경이 서로 대응되는 크기로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부재의 측면은 상단에서 상기 케이스 또는 캡 플레이트와 대응되는 높이까지 경사져 경사면을 이루는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부재는 측면에 상기 홈의 형성 깊이와 대응되는 높이를 갖는 용접부가 외측으로 연장형성된 이차 전지.
- 제11 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부재의 측면을 따라 상단에서 상기 용접부까지 경사면을 이루는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지는 모터 구동용인 이차 전지.
