Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1における密閉型電池を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1中のII−II線上に沿った密閉型電池を示す断面図である。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1において説明した密閉型電池10およびその製造方法の変形例について説明する。
Claims (4)
- 不活性ガスを含む内部空間を形成し、前記内部空間に連通する開口部が形成される外装体と、
前記開口部を塞ぎ、前記内部空間を密閉する蓋体と、
前記外装体および前記蓋体の境界に設けられ、前記外装体と前記蓋体とを接合する溶接部とを備え、
前記開口部が前記内部空間からその外部に向けて鉛直上方向に開口する状態において、前記溶接部は、前記内部空間の最上部よりも高い位置に設けられ、
前記蓋体は、前記溶接部に隣り合う位置に設けられ、外部から前記内部空間に向けて突出する凸部を有する、密閉型電池。 - 前記溶接部の最下部は、前記内部空間の最上部よりも高く設定される、請求項1に記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記外装体は、頂面を有し、
前記蓋体は、前記頂面から突出しないように設けられる、請求項1または2に記載の密閉型電池。 - 開口部を通じて外装体に電解液を注入するとともに、前記外装体の内部に不活性ガスを供給する工程と、
前記不活性ガスを供給する工程の後、前記開口部を蓋体により塞ぎ、前記外装体の内部に密閉された内部空間を形成する工程と、
前記開口部が前記内部空間からその外部に向けて鉛直上方向に開口する状態において、前記内部空間の最上部よりも高い位置に設けられた前記外装体および前記蓋体の合わせ面を、溶接により接合する工程とを備える、密閉型電池の製造方法。
