Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のバッテリパックは、充放電可能なベアセル10と、ベアセル10と電気的に連結された回路部材20と、回路部材20を含むベアセル10の外部周囲を全で覆うフレームケース30とを含んでおり、フレームケース30の内側面にはラウンド状のアンダーカット30gを形成したことを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 充放電可能なベアセルと、
前記ベアセルと電気的に連結された回路部材と、
前記ベアセルの一対の長側面部を除いた外部全体をカバーするフレームケースとを含んでなり、
前記ベアセルが安着する前記フレームケースの一内側面にラウンド状のアンダーカットを形成したことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記ベアセルの一側面部が前記アンダーカットに強制嵌合されて安着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記フレームケースはロ字状の一体型であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記フレームケースのアンダーカットの一側が他側よりも前記ベアセルの長側面部側に更に長く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記フレームケースは、前記回路部材に含まれている外部端子部が露出するように前記フレームケースの一側面に少なくとも1つの開口部を更に含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリパックは、前記ベアセルと前記フレームケースとの間に前記ベアセルの外側面の一部をカバーする電池収容フレームを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記フレームケースは、前記ベアセルの一対の長側面部に向かって延在形成された一対のリブを1つ以上の一側面部に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記フレームケースの一対のリブのうちいずれか1つが更に長く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記フレームケースの外部周囲をカバーする外郭フレームを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記外郭フレームは、前記回路部材に含まれている外部端子部が露出するように前記外郭フレームの平面部のうち前記外部端子部に対応する領域に形成された少なくとも1つの開口部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記回路部材はPTC素子を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリパックは、外部を覆う包装用ラベルを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
