Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 양극, 음극 및 분리막의 전극 조립체와 전해액이 밀봉된 상태로 내장되어 있는 장방형의 전지, 상기 전지를 수납할 수 있는 내부공간을 가진 팩 케이스, 및 상기 팩 케이스의 상단 내면과 상기 전지의 상단 사이의 이격 공간내에 충진되어 있는 절연성 부재를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있고,(a) 상기 팩 케이스는 상부가 개방되어 있는 박스형 팩 케이스이고, 상기 전지는 그것의 밀봉 외주부가 전지본체 쪽으로 접힌 상태에서 상기 팩 케이스의 측부 프레임 안쪽으로 삽입되거나, 또는(b) 상기 팩 케이스는 상부와 하부가 완전히 개방되어 있는 프레임형 팩 케이스이고, 상기 팩 케이스의 측부 프레임이 전지의 밀봉 외주부가 전지본체 쪽으로 접힌 부위 사이에 삽입됨으로써 결합되는것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 파우치형 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 부재는 열용융되어 상기 이격 공간 안으로 충진된 후 고화되는 소재로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 소재는 플라스틱 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 수지는 그것의 융점이 팩 케이스 상단 내면과 전지의 상단 사이에 위치하는 소자들의 변형을 유발하지 않는 온도 범위에 있는 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 부재는 상기 이격 공간내에 주입되어 화학적 반응 또는 물리적 반응에 의해 고화되는 소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 부재는 전지의 외면과 팩 케이스 내면의 기타 이격 공간에도 더 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩의 외면은 포장 라벨에 의해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
