Abstract
【解決手段】本電池パックは、電極アッセンブリを有し且つ電解質が内部に密封状態で収容された矩形電池がパックケースに受け入れられており、パックケースの上端の内面と電池の上端との間に形成された空間を絶縁体が充填する。電池パックは、薄型に製造され、電池パックの組み立てプロセスは非常に簡単であり、電池が動くことによって生じる電池パックの短絡や電池パックからの電力供給の中断を、電池パックを落としたり電池パックに衝撃が外部から加わった場合でも、効果的に阻止する。

Claims (12)
- 電池パックにおいて、
カソード、アノード、及びセパレータを含む電極アッセンブリと、内部に密封状態で収容された電解質とを含む、矩形電池と、
前記電池を受け入れるための内部空間を持つパックケースと、
前記パックケースの上端の内面と前記電池の上端との間に形成された空間部を充填する絶縁体とを含む、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記パックケースは、前記電池の側面だけを取り囲むフレーム状部材であるか或いは、前記電池の前記側面及び下面を取り囲む箱状部材である、電池パック。 - 請求項2に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記箱状パックケースは、
前記電池の前記側面を取り囲むフレームと、
前記フレームと一体成形された下プレートとを含む、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記電池はポーチ状電池である、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記絶縁体は、熱で溶融され、前記空間部に充填され、その後凝固されている、電池パック。 - 請求項5に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記絶縁体はプラスチック樹脂である、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記プラスチック樹脂は、融点が前記パックケースの前記上端の前記内面と前記電池の前記上端との間に配置された構成要素が変形しない温度範囲にある熱可塑性樹脂である、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記絶縁体は、前記空間部に充填された後に化学反応及び/又は物理的反応によって凝固された材料からなる、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記絶縁体は、更に、前記電池の前記外面と前記パックケースの前記内面との間に形成された他の空間部を充填する、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記電池パックの前記外面に貼付したパッキングラベルを更に含む、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記パックケースは、上部分が開放した箱状パックケースであり、前記電池は、前記パックケースの前記側フレームの内側に挿入され、前記電池のシールされた外縁部が電池本体に向かって曲げられている、電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
前記パックケースは、上部分及び下部分が完全に開放したフレーム状パックケースであり、前記フレーム状パックケースの側フレームは、電池本体と、前記電池本体に向かって曲げられた、前記電池のシールされた外縁部の曲げた部分との間に挿入される、電池パック。
