Claims (6)
- 전지 케이스에 설치한 주액구멍으로부터 상기 전지 케이스 내에 전해액을 주입한 후에, 상기 주액구멍을 밀봉체로 막아 상기 밀봉체를 상기 주액구멍의 주변부에 용접함으로써, 상기 주액구멍이 밀봉되어 있는 밀폐형 전지에 있어서,상기 전지 케이스는, 적어도 바깥면측이 알루미늄이나 알루미늄합금으로 형성되어 있고,상기 밀봉체는, 알루미늄이나 알루미늄합금으로 형성된 알루미늄층과, 상기 알루미늄과는 다른 금속 또는 그 금속합금으로 형성된 이종(異種) 금속층을 상하에 접합한 클래드(clad)재로 형성되어 있고,상기 알루미늄층이, 상기 전지 케이스측에 배치되어 있음과 함께, 상기 알루미늄층의 둘레 가장자리부가, 상기 이종 금속층의 둘레 가장자리보다 상기 밀봉체의 바깥쪽으로 돌출되어 있으며,상기 알루미늄층의 둘레 가장자리부가, 상기 주액구멍의 주변부에 레이저로 용접되어 있되,상기 알루미늄과는 다른 금속은, 적어도 니켈,스테인리스강, 구리를 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밀봉체는, 상기 주액구멍의 주변부에 용접되는 머리부와, 상기 머리부의 하면에서 하향으로 돌출하는 축부를 가지고 있고,상기 밀봉체의 축부가, 상기 주액구멍에 삽입되어 있으며,상기 밀봉체의 머리부가, 상기 알루미늄층의 상측에 상기 이종 금속층을 접합한 상기 클래드재로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄층의 둘레 가장자리부가, 0.1 mm 이상의 돌출 치수분만큼 상기 이종 금속층의 둘레 가장자리보다 상기 밀봉체의 바깥쪽으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 밀봉체의 축부가, 상기 머리부의 상기 알루미늄층과 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
