Claims (6)
- 電池本体に端子板を溶接により接合した電池であって、
前記端子板は、複数の金属板を積層したものであり、かつ電気接続用のリードを溶接するための端子板であり、
前記電池本体は表面に凹部を形成しており、
前記端子板は、前記端子板と前記電池本体との段差が無い状態で前記凹部に埋設した部分があり、
前記複数の金属板は、前記電池本体と同種金属の金属板と、前記リードと同種金属の金属板とを含んでおり、
前記電池本体と同種金属の金属板と、前記リードと同種金属の金属板とは、互いに異種の金属からなり、且つ、前記電池本体と同種金属の金属板と、前記リードと同種金属の金属板とは、平面から見て同じ大きさを有し、
前記端子板の前記リードと同種金属の金属板が前記リードと溶接されており、
前記端子板の前記凹部に埋設した部分において、前記電池本体と同種金属の金属板が前記電池本体の表面側になるように前記端子板が配置され、且つ、前記端子板の前記凹部に埋設した部分において、前記端子板の前記電池本体と同種金属の金属板が前記電池本体と溶接されていることを特徴とする電池。 - 前記凹部と前記端子板との継ぎ目部において、前記端子板における前記電池本体と同種金属の金属板を前記電池本体に溶接している請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記端子板の一部を折り曲げて、前記端子板における前記リードと同種金属の金属板を露出させている請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記端子板の一部を立設させている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 前記端子板の一部を折り返している請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 前記電池本体は、外装缶の開口を封口体で封口して形成しており、前記封口体に前記凹部を形成している請求項1から5のいずれかの記載の電池。
