Abstract
【解決手段】互いに異なる極性の2つの電極とこれらの電極間の短絡を防止するセパレータとを備えてなる電極組立体と、この電極組立体を収容する筐体と、筐体の開口部を仕上げるキャップアセンブリとを備えてなるベアセルと;保護回路などの安全装置が備えられ、上記ベアセルとは上記キャップアセンブリが設けられた上面で結合される保護回路部と;を含み,ベアセルにおいて、保護回路部に接触して結合される部分の少なくとも一部は、合成樹脂材質からなることを特徴とする二次電池が開示される。

互いに異なる極性の2つの電極とこれらの電極間の短絡を防止するセパレータとを備えてなる電極組立体と、この電極組立体を収容する筐体と、筐体の開口部を仕上げるキャップアセンブリとを備えてなるベアセルと、
保護回路などの安全装置が設けられ、前記ベアセルとは、前記キャップアセンブリが設けられた面で結合される保護回路部とを含み、
ベアセルにおいて、前記保護回路部に接触して結合される接触部の少なくとも一部は、合成樹脂材質からなることを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 互いに異なる極性の2つの電極と前記2つの電極間の短絡を防止するセパレータとを備えてなる電極組立体と、前記電極組立体を収容する筐体と、前記筐体の開口部を仕上げるキャップアセンブリとを備えてなるベアセルと;
保護回路を含む安全装置を備えてなり、底面の少なくとも一部が合成樹脂材質からなり、前記キャップアセンブリの上部に結合される保護回路部と;を含み、
前記ベアセルにおいて前記保護回路部に接触する接触部の少なくとも一部が、合成樹脂材質からなることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記接触部と前記保護回路部とは、合成樹脂材質からなる部分が融着されて結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記融着は、熱融着及び超音波融着のいずれか一つの方法で行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接触部と前記保護回路部とは、接着剤によって接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接触部と前記保護回路部との合成樹脂材質からなる部分は、同じ材質の合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記合成樹脂は、金属との溶接性、同じ材質間の溶接性、機械加工性に優れたエンジニアリングプラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップアセンブリは、前記筐体と結合された状態で前記筐体の開口部の壁体を覆うように形成され、前記筐体は、金属材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベアセルにおいて前記キャップアセンブリの周辺部は、前記筐体の開口部の壁体の内面に嵌め込まれるように設けられ、前記筐体は、合成樹脂材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップアセンブリは、前記電極組立体の電極タブが取り出されるスルーホールを有し、前記スルーホールに取り出された前記電極タブの部分が、前記ベアセルの電極端子を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極タブに電気的に接続される前記保護回路部のリードプレートは、前記電極タブと接続された後で折り曲げられ、前記キャップアセンブリのキャッププレートの上面に平行に重ね合わされるように折り曲げられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
