Claims (8)
- 第1の面、第2の面、一対の短側面及び一対の長側面を含み、一方の短側面に、内圧が動作圧力以上になると開放されて内部のガスを放出する安全ベントを有するベアセルと、
前記ベアセルの第1の面に配置され、前記ベアセルと電気的に接続される回路モジュールと、
前記回路モジュールを含めて前記ベアセルの一部をカバーするフレームと、を含み、
前記フレームは、前記ベアセルの第1の面と対応する前面部と、前記ベアセルの一対の短側面と対応する一対の側面部と、前記前面部と一対の側面部の縁部から前記ベアセルの一対の長側面の方向に延長形成された延長面部と、を含み、前記前面部、一対の側面部及び延長面部が一体に形成され、
前記回路モジュールは、プリント回路基板と、該プリント回路基板に外部に露出するように設けられる外部端子部と、前記ベアセルの電極端子と電気的に連結されるリードタブと、を含み、前記リードタブは、前記ベアセルの電極端子と電気的に連結される第1のリードタブと、前記ベアセルの別の短側面に電気的に連結される第2のリードタブと、を含み、
前記第1及び第2のリードタブは、前記フレームの側面部の内側に配置され、
前記フレームの側面部の内側であり、かつ前記第1及び第2のリードタブが配置されていない箇所には、前記ベアセルの短側面と結合される突出部が形成され、
前記突出部には、前記ベアセルの安全ベントと対応する位置に形成されて、該安全ベントを介して放出されたガスを外部に排出するガス排出孔又はガス排出溝が形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記フレームは、前記ベアセルの第1の面及び一対の短側面をカバーすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記側面部は、
前記ベアセルの一短側面と対応する第1の側面部と、
前記ベアセルの別の短側面と対応する第2の側面部とを含み、
前記第1の側面部の内側下端には第1の突出部が形成され、前記第2の側面部の内側下端には第2の突出部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1の突出部の厚さは前記第2の突出部の厚さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレームは、
前記ベアセルの第1の面と対応する前面部と、
前記ベアセルの一対の短側面と対応する一対の側面部と、
前記ベアセルの第2の面と対応する後面部と、
前記前面部と一対の側面部と後面部の縁部から前記ベアセルの一対の長側面の方向に延長形成された延長面部とを含み、
前記フレームは、前記前面部、一対の側面部、後面部及び延長面部が一体に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記フレームは、前記ベアセルの第1の面、一対の短側面及び第2の面をカバーすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ベアセルの第1の面及び一短側面に付着して、前記ベアセルと前記回路モジュールの電気的短絡を防止する絶縁接着部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ベアセルの一対の長側面と第2の面に付着するラベルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
