Description
上部絶縁板は中央部に径φ1mmの貫通口を設けた厚さ0.4mmの板状部を有し、縦3.5mm、横32.2mmの周縁部上部には幅0.5mm高さ1.0mmの凸状部を設けたものを使用した点を除き、実施例1と同様に電池を作製して、実施例1と同様に電池パック20個について落下試験を行ったところ、繰返し落下試験100回から150回の間に20個とも亀裂、漏洩を生じた。

Claims (2)
- 電池缶の開口部よりセパレータを介して正極および負極を積層して巻回した電池要素を収納し前記開口部を蓋体にて封止してなる密封型電池において、前記電池要素と前記蓋体との間に電池要素側周辺部で電池缶内面に接する突起を設けた上部絶縁板を配設しており、前記上部絶縁板の周辺部の蓋体側に凸状部が設けられていることを特徴とする密閉型電池。
- 前記上部絶縁板は絶縁に供する部分と前記突起を有する部分とを上下に重ね合わせてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉型電池。
