Claims (18)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースを密封し短絡孔を有する蓋板を含むキャップ組立体と、
前記短絡孔に設けられる第1短絡板、前記蓋板から離隔した外側に前記短絡孔を覆うように設けられる第2短絡板、及び前記第1短絡板と前記第2短絡板の間に設けられる第3短絡板を含む短絡部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記第3短絡板は、前記第2短絡板から離隔することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3短絡板は、前記短絡孔の一側に連結される一端部側と、前記短絡孔の他側から離隔する他端部側とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3短絡板は、前記二次電池の内部圧力が設定圧力より大きくなると、前記第1短絡板によって前記第2短絡板と接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1短絡板は、下方に突出するラウンド部と、前記蓋板に固定され前記ラウンド部の縁に形成された縁部とを含む反転板からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記短絡孔の内側は階段状からなり、前記短絡孔の直径は下部から上部に向かって大きくなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記短絡孔の側面は、下部から上部へ順に第1段差面、第2段差面及び第3段差面を有し、
前記第1短絡板は前記第1段差面に固定され、
前記第3短絡板は前記第2段差面の一側に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2短絡板と前記蓋板の間に設けられ、前記短絡孔と対応する領域が開口された上部絶縁部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2短絡板と第3短絡板は、対向する面が平らであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池の内部圧力が設定圧力より大きくなると、前記第3短絡板は前記第1短絡板によって前記第2短絡板と線接触することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2短絡板は第3短絡板と対向する面が平らであり、
前記第3短絡板は前記第2短絡板と対向する面のうち前記短絡孔の内側から離隔する端部側に角を削いだ形状を有する面取り部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池の内部圧力が設定圧力より大きくなると、前記第2短絡板は前記第1短絡板によって前記第3短絡板の面取り部と面接触することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2短絡板は、

前記第3短絡板と対向する面に形成され、前記ホールの周辺に突出する突起と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第3短絡板は、前記第2短絡板と対向する面が平らであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池の内部圧力が設定圧力より大きくなると、前記第2短絡板の突起は前記第1短絡板によって前記第3短絡板と線接触することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3短絡板は、前記第2短絡板と対向する面のうち前記短絡孔の内側から離隔する端部側に面取り部を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池の内部圧力が設定圧力より大きくなると、前記第2短絡板の突起は前記第1短絡板によって前記第3短絡板の面取り部と面接触することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3短絡板は前記第1短絡板より厚い厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
