Claims (12)
- 第1電極板および第2電極板を含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースを密封し短絡ホールを有し、前記第1電極板と電気的に連結されたキャッププレートを含むキャップ組立体と、
前記短絡ホールに設置され前記ケースの内部に向かって屈曲されて形成された反転部及び反転部の端部に形成されてキャッププレートと結合するエッジ部を含む反転プレートと、
前記キャッププレートから離隔した前記ケースの外部に位置し、前記短絡ホールの上部まで延長し、前記第2電極板に電気的に連結された短絡プレートと、
を含み、
前記キャッププレートは前記短絡ホールの周辺に前記短絡ホールの縁部と離隔して形成された変形誘導溝を含むことを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記変形誘導溝は前記キャッププレートが前記反転プレートのエッジ部と結合した領域から離隔して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記変形誘導溝は前記キャッププレートの厚さを基準に1/2以上の深さに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記変形誘導溝は前記短絡ホールの形状に沿って形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記変形誘導溝は前記キャッププレートの上面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートにおいて前記変形誘導溝と前記短絡ホールとの間に位置した結合領域が前記反転プレートの反転動作時に前記ケースの内部に向かう方向に変形されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記結合領域は前記反転プレートと溶接されて結合したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記反転プレートは前記キャッププレートと結合した面に切欠がさらに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記切欠は前記反転プレートが前記キャッププレートと接する面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の2次電池。
- 前記短絡プレートは前記反転プレートに向かう面に突出して形成された突起をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記突起は前記反転プレートの反転時に前記反転プレートと接触した状態を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の2次電池。
- 前記短絡プレートまたは前記短絡プレートを前記キャッププレートの上面に支持する絶縁部材に前記反転プレートと前記短絡プレートの間に位置する空気を排出するエアホールがさらに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
