Abstract
【解決手段】電極組立体110と、前記電極組立体を収容するケース140と、前記電極組立体と電気的に接続され、前記電極組立体と電気的に接続される締結部124と一つの欠片で一体を形成しながら前記締結部から延長される延長部125を含む端子120と、前記ケースをシーリングし、キャッププレート151と短絡プレート156を含むキャップ組立体150と、を具備し、前記延長部は、前記短絡プレートの少なくとも一部を覆うことを特徴とする二次電池。

Description
また、本発明の目的とするところは、外部水分による短絡と内部構成の腐食を防止することが可能な、新規かつ改良された二次電池を提供することにある。
また、前記延長部は、前記短絡プレーとの凹部と対応する開口を有してもよい。

Claims (18)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記電極組立体と電気的に接続され、前記電極組立体と電気的に接続される締結部と、前記締結部と一つの欠片で一体に形成されて前記締結部から延長される延長部を含む端子と、
前記ケースをシーリングし、キャッププレートと短絡プレートを含むキャップ組立体と、を備え、
前記延長部は、前記短絡プレートの少なくとも一部を覆うことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体と電気的に接続される集電板と、前記集電板と前記締結部に電気的に接続される集電端子を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電端子は、前記キャッププレートと前記締結部を貫通することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記短絡プレートは、反転可能な凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記延長部は、前記短絡プレートの凹部と対応される開口を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートは短絡ホールを有し、
前記延長部の開口の直径は、前記短絡ホールの直径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記短絡プレートの凹部は、前記二次電池の内部圧力が臨界レベルに到達するとき、前記延長部と接触するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記締結部及び前記延長部全てと前記キャッププレートとの間に配置される第1絶縁部材を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁部材は、前記延長部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁部材は第1突起を含み、
前記締結部は回転防止溝を有し、
前記第1突起は、前記回転防止溝の内部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1絶縁部材は第2突起を含み、
前記キャッププレートは回転防止溝を有し、
前記第2突起は、前記回転防止溝の内部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートは、前記第1絶縁部材の周縁に延長されるシーリング収容溝を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートと前記電極組立体との間に配置される第2絶縁部材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2絶縁部材は突起を含み、
前記キャッププレートは溝を有し、
前記突起は、前記溝の中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1絶縁部材は、底面と、前記底面から延長される第1側壁と、前記第1側壁から延長され、前記延長部を収容するように構成された空間を提供するカバー部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1絶縁部材は第2側壁を更に含み、
前記第1側壁の高さは、前記第2側壁の高さより高いことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートはシーリング収容溝を含み、
前記第1絶縁部材の一部が前記シーリング収容溝の中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1絶縁部材は、前記短絡プレートの凹部と対応する開口を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
