Claims (18)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板及び前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板の間に介在されるセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記第1電極板と電気的に連結される第1集電板と、
前記電極組立体と前記第1集電板を収容するケースと、
前記ケースに結合され、蓋板を有するキャップ組立体と、を含み、
前記第1集電板は、第1ヒューズホールと前記第1ヒューズホールの周辺に突出した第1補強突起とを有する第1ヒューズ補強部を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1補強突起は、前記キャップ組立体または前記ケースに向かう方向に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1集電板は、
前記電極組立体の上部と前記キャップ組立体の下部の間に設けられる第1連結部と、
前記第1連結部の端部から折曲及び延長され、前記第1電極板の第1電極無地部と接触する第1延長部と、を含み、
前記第1ヒューズ補強部は、前記第1連結部または前記第1延長部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1ヒューズ補強部は、前記第1連結部のうち、前記第1連結部と前記第1延長部が接する角周辺に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズ補強部は、前記第1延長部のうち、前記第1連結部と前記第1延長部が接する角周辺に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1補強突起のうち前記第1連結部と前記第1延長部が接する角と垂直を成すエッジと、前記第1連結部または前記第1延長部のうち前記角と垂直を成すエッジとの距離が1mm〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2電極板と電気的に連結される第2集電板をさらに含み、
前記2集電板は、第2ヒューズホールと前記第2ヒューズホールの周辺に突出した第2補強突起とを有する第2ヒューズ補強部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2補強突起は、前記キャップ組立体または前記ケースに向かう方向に突出することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップ組立体は、
前記蓋板の一側を貫通し、前記第1集電板と接触する第1電極端子と、
前記蓋板の他側を貫通し、前記第2集電板と接触する第2電極端子と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強突起と前記第2補強突起は、前記キャップ組立体に向かって突出することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1補強突起と前記第2補強突起は、前記ケースに向かって突出することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1集電板は前記蓋板に接触し、
前記キャップ組立体は、前記蓋板の他側を貫通し前記第2集電板と接触する電極端子を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1補強突起は前記ケースに向かって突出し、前記第2補強突起は前記キャップ組立体に向かって突出することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップ組立体は、
前記蓋板に形成された短絡孔に設けられ、反転板で形成される第1短絡板と、
前記蓋板から離隔した外側で前記第2集電板と電気的に連結され、前記短絡孔を覆うように形成される第2短絡板と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2集電板は、
前記電極組立体の上部と前記キャップ組立体の下部の間に設けられる第2連結部と、
前記第2連結部の端部から折曲及び延長され、前記第2電極板の第2電極無地部と接触する第2延長部と、を含み、
前記第2ヒューズ補強部は、前記第2連結部または前記第2延長部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第2ヒューズ補強部は、前記第2連結部のうち、前記第2連結部と前記第2延長部が接する角周辺に形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2ヒューズ補強部は、前記第2延長部のうち、前記第2連結部と前記第2延長部が接する角周辺に形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2補強突起のうち前記第2連結部と前記第2延長部が接する角と垂直を成すエッジと、前記第2連結部または前記第2延長部のうち前記角と垂直を成すエッジとの距離は1mm〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。
