Claims (7)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板及び前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板の間に介在されるセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースを密封する蓋板と、
前記蓋板を貫通する端子本体と、前記端子本体に連結されると同時に前記蓋板の下部に位置する端子連結部と、前記端子連結部から垂直方向に延び、前記電極組立体に溶接された端子延長部と、を含む電極端子と、
前記蓋板と前記端子連結部の間に形成された下部絶縁体と、
を含み、
前記端子本体の周囲かつ前記蓋板と前記下部絶縁体との間、または前記端子連結部と前記下部絶縁体との間のうち少なくとも何れか一つに絶縁層が形成されたことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記絶縁層は、ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は、前記蓋板の下面に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は、前記端子連結部の上面に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋板と前記電極端子の間にはシールガスケットが形成され、
前記絶縁層は、前記シールガスケットと前記端子連結部の上面との間に介在するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁層は、前記下部絶縁体と前記端子連結部の上面との間に介在するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は、前記蓋板の下面及び前記端子連結部の上面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
