【解決手段】本発明の一実施例は、終端に無地部が形成された電極組立体、前記電極組立体を収容するケース、前記ケースに結合するキャッププレート、および前記ケースの内部に位置する絶縁部材を含み、前記絶縁部材が、前記電極組立体と前記キャッププレートとの間に介在する第1領域、および前記電極組立体の無地部と前記ケースの内部表面の間に介在する第2領域を含む二次電池を提供する。

Claims (20)
- 終端に無地部が形成された電極組立体、
前記電極組立体を収容するケース、
前記ケースに結合するキャッププレート、および
前記ケースの内部に位置する絶縁部材を含み、
前記絶縁部材は、
前記電極組立体と前記キャッププレートとの間に介在する第1領域、および
前記電極組立体の無地部と前記ケースの内部表面の間に介在する第2領域を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記キャッププレートに結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1領域は、
前記キャッププレートのキャッププレート端子ホールに形成されると同時に前記キャッププレート端子ホールを貫通している絶縁部材端子ホールを含む端子突起、および
前記キャッププレートの結合凹溝に結合する結合突起を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1領域は、
前記キャッププレートのベントプレートの下部に形成されるベントホール、および
前記キャッププレートのキャッププレート注液ホールの下部に形成される絶縁部材注液ホールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記ベントホールに向かって、前記二次電池の充電および放電の間に発生したガスが通過するガス通路を形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1領域は、側部に沿って下部方向に延長された厚い枠組み部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2領域は、前記第1領域の終端から下部に延長されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2領域は、前記電極組立体の無地部と前記ケースの短側領域との間に位置する第2領域後板、および前記第2領域後板から内側に延長された第2領域側板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2領域側板は、前記電極組立体の無地部の側部と前記ケースの長側領域との間に延長されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2領域は、前記第2領域後板と前記第2領域側板との間の境界に形成された補強部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2領域後板は、前記無地部の幅と同じであるかさらに大きい幅を持つことを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2領域側板は前記電極組立体全体の広い側面を覆うように延長されたことを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記第1領域の向かい側として、前記電極組立体の底面と前記ケースの内部表面との間に介在する第3領域をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3領域は前記第2領域の終端から内側方向に延長されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3領域は、前記電極組立体の無地部と前記ケースの底面との間に介在する第3領域底板を含むことを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3領域底板は、前記無地部の幅と同じであるかさらに大きい幅を持つことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3領域底板は、前記電極組立体の底面全体を覆うように延長されたことを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第3領域は、組み立て前の前記第2領域の長さ方向から組み立て後の前記第2領域に垂直である他の方向に、ある位置において折りたたまれることを特徴とする請求項13〜17のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材はフェノール樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリオキシメチレンまたはそれらの組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
