Abstract
【課題】 落下などの衝撃に対し信頼性の高い密閉型電池を提供すること。
【解決手段】 セパレータを介して正極および負極を積層し巻回した電池要素3を電池缶2の開口部より収納しその開口部を封止してなる密閉型電池において、電極タブ8、9が導出された電池要素3を側方の両側から挟み込む絶縁支持板11a、11bが配設された密閉型電池である。その絶縁支持板11a、11bは、電池要素3の側面部を覆うと共に電池要素3の上部を抱持し、かつ電池要素3と電池缶2内面との間を埋めるように介在する。

Claims (5)
- セパレータを介して正極および負極を積層し巻回した電池要素を電池缶の開口部より収納し前記開口部を封止してなる密閉型電池において、電極タブが導出された前記電池要素を側方の両側から挟み込む絶縁支持板が配設されたことを特徴とする密閉型電池。
- 前記絶縁支持板は、前記電池要素の側面部を覆うと共に前記電池要素の上部を抱持し、かつ前記電池要素と電池缶内面との間を埋めるように介在することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記電極タブの引き回しまたは引き出しのために前記絶縁支持板に前記電極タブの配設位置を定めるガイド溝を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記絶縁支持板は、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、フェノール樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、またはPTFE、PFA、PVDF、PVFなどのフッ素樹脂、またはポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどのポリオレフィン樹脂からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記絶縁支持板は、構造用セラミックス、または繊維強化プラスチック、またはセラミックス粉体を樹脂で結合した複合材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型電池。
