【解決手段】 正極11と負極12との間にセパレータ13が介されて形成する電極群14と,上記電極群14が内蔵するケース15と,上記正極11と上記負極12とに電気的に連結する端子31,32を有して上記ケース15に結合するキャップ組立体30と,上記正極11又は上記負極12及び上記端子31,32と電気的に連結するリード体17と,上記リード体17を囲みながら上記電極群14に連結され,上記電極群14と上記ケース15との間の空間に配置する構造体20とを含む。

Claims (11)
- 正極と負極との間にセパレータが介されて形成する電極群と;
前記電極群が内蔵するケースと;
前記正極と前記負極とに電気的に連結する端子を有して前記ケースに結合するキャップ組立体と;
前記正極又は前記負極及び前記端子と電気的に連結するリード体と;
前記リード体を囲みながら前記電極群に連結され,前記電極群と前記ケースとの間の空間に配置する構造体と;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記構造体は,前記電極群と前記ケースとの間の隙間に対応する大きさを有することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記構造体は,前記正極及び前記負極が有する各々の無地部に嵌合されて前記電極群と結合することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記構造体は六面体に形成され,前記無地部に対向する面に前記無地部と対応する溝が形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溝に,前記無地部と電気的に連結されたタップが挿入するスロットが形成することを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記構造体の一側先端には,前記端子が嵌合する端子挿入部が形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記構造体が絶縁物質からなることを特徴とする,請求項1〜6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記構造体に貫通孔が多数形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1〜7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極群がゼリーロール形態に形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1〜8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池が角形に形成することを特徴とする,請求項1〜9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はモーター駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜10に記載の二次電池。
