Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の二次電池は、電池ケース15内に収容される電極組立体10、及び前記電極組立体10と前記電池ケース15との間に位置し、前記電極組立体10と前記電池ケース15に接触する緩衝シート40を含む。この構成により、緩衝シート40がケース15と電極組立体10との間で電極組立体10を緩衝するため、電極組立体10に激しい衝撃が伝わることを防止することができる。

Description
電極組立体10には正極端子21と負極端子22が電気的に連結され、正極端子21と負極端子22はケース15の外側に突出する。
底支持板41と底スプリング42の取り付けられていない状態でz軸に沿って測定した幅を合計した値は、図3に示したように、z軸に沿って測定したケース15の内側幅より大きいか、または同じである。前記ケース15のz軸に沿って測定した内側幅は、前記ケース15のラウンド部15a上の領域で測定される。

Claims (17)
- 電池ケース内に収容される電極組立体、及び
前記電極組立体と前記電池ケースとの間に位置し、前記電極組立体と前記電池ケースに接触する緩衝シート、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体に電気的に連結される電極端子をさらに含み、
前記緩衝シートと前記電極端子は前記電極組立体を基準に互いに反対側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記緩衝シートは、前記電池ケースの少なくとも互いに異なる三つの面に沿って延びる連続する柔軟シートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝シートは、前記電池ケースの少なくとも互いに異なる五つの面と重なることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝シートは、前記電池ケース内部に位置する時に変形するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝シートはスプリングに連結される少なくとも一つの支持板を含み、前記支持板は前記電極組立体と接触し、
前記スプリングは前記支持板と前記電池ケースとの間で延びて、前記電池ケースと接触する時に変形するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スプリングは、前記支持板の側部周縁に沿って延びて、前記支持板に対して角度を有するように形成され、
前記スプリングは、前記電池ケースの各側壁に沿って前記支持板から延びることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記スプリングは、前記電極組立体から離隔する方向に湾曲形成され、前記支持板は、前記スプリングと前記電極組立体との間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スプリングと電極組立体との間に絶縁フィルムをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝シートは、前記電池ケースの互いに異なる三つの面と重なる三つの支持板を含み、
前記各支持板は、互いに反対側周縁に形成されて前記電池ケースの互いに反対側面と接触するスプリングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記三つの支持板のスプリングは、前記電池ケースの互いに異なる二つの面と重なることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝シートの三つの支持板は、前記電池ケースの底面と二つの側面に沿って延びることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記三つの支持板のうちの二つの支持板は第1及び第2電極タップと接触し、前記第1及び第2電極タップは前記電極組立体を電極端子に連結することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝シートは、前記電池ケースの底面に向かう第1支持板と、前記電池ケースの側壁に向かう第2及び第3支持板を含み、
前記第1乃至第3支持板は一体で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記少なくとも一つの支持板と前記スプリングの幅の合計は、前記電池ケースの幅より大きいか、または前記電池ケースの幅と同一になるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースの底面は湾曲形成され、前記緩衝シートの幅は前記電池ケースの湾曲された底面の幅より大きく形成されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記緩衝シートは前記電池ケース、第1及び第2電極タップと接触し、
前記第1及び第2電極タップは前記電極組立体を各々第1及び第2電極端子に連結し、
前記緩衝シートは、前記電池ケースと前記第1及び第2電極タップ各々の間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
