Abstract
【解決手段】第1電極、第2電極及び前記第1電極と第2電極との間に介在するセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、前記第1電極と電気的に連結される第1リードタップと、前記第2電極と電気的に連結される第2リードタップと、前記電極組立体、前記第1リードタップ及び前記第2リードタップを内部に収容し、上端に開口を持つケースと、前記ケースの前記開口を密封するキャッププレートと、前記ケースの上部と向き合う底面の内側に位置するボトムリーテナーと、を含み、前記ボトムリーテナーは、前記ケースの底面と接触しない非接触部を具備することを特徴とする二次電池が提供される。

Claims (10)
- 第1電極、第2電極及び前記第1電極と第2電極との間に介在するセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記第1電極と電気的に連結される第1リードタップと、
前記第2電極と電気的に連結される第2リードタップと、
前記電極組立体、前記第1リードタップ及び前記第2リードタップを内部に収容し、上端に開口を持つケースと、
前記ケースの前記開口を密封するキャッププレートと、
前記ケースの上部と向き合う底面の内側に位置するボトムリーテナーと、を含み、
前記ボトムリーテナーは、前記ケースの底面と接触しない非接触部を具備することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記ボトムリーテナーは、胴体部及び前記胴体部の長側辺の一領域に形成された前記非接触部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ボトムリーテナーの前記非接触部は、前記胴体部の向い合う長側辺の中間領域が除去されることによって形成された溝部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ボトムリーテナーの前記非接触部は、前記胴体部の向い合う長側辺の中間領域に間隔を置いて具備された第1溝部及び第2溝部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極は、陰極を帯びて、前記第2電極は陽極を帯びることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1リードタップまたは第2リードタップは、ヒューズ部を具備し、前記ヒューズ部と対応する前記ケースの底面には、前記ボトムリーテナーが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ヒューズ部は、陽極側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ボトムリーテナーは、絶縁部材で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ボトムリーテナー及び前記ケースの底面の間には、電解液が位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 第1電極、第2電極及び前記第1電極と第2電極との間に介在されるセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記第1電極と電気的に連結される第1リードタップと、
前記第2電極と電気的に連結される第2リードタップと、
前記電極組立体、前記第1リードタップ及び前記第2リードタップを内部に収容し、上端に開口を持つケースと、
前記ケースの前記開口を密封するキャッププレートと、
前記ケースの上部と向き合う底面の内側に位置し、前記底面の内側を完全に覆わないように形成されたボトムリーテナーと、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。
