Claims (19)
- 複数の無地部を含む複数の電極を備える複数の電極組立体と、
電極端子と、
前記電極端子と前記複数の電極組立体の前記複数の電極とを電気的に接続する集電部材と、を含み、
前記集電部材は、
端子連結部と、前記端子連結部の側端から延在して形成される側板と、前記複数の電極組立体のそれぞれの無地部に接触する複数の集電片と、前記複数の集電片のうちの互いに隣接する集電片同士を連結する複数の支持部と、を含み、
前記集電片のうちの少なくとも1つが前記側板に連設されている、二次電池。 - 前記側板それぞれは、前記集電片のうちの1つに連設して形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子連結部はヒューズ部を含み、前記ヒューズ部は前記端子連結部の他の部分よりも小さい面積を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子連結部は、電極端子接触部と、側板結合部と、折り曲げられた側面と、を含み、
前記電極端子接触部における前記端子連結部の前記折り曲げられた側面が前記電極端子接触部の側面角部を形成し、
前記側板結合部における前記端子連結部の折り曲げられた側面が前記側板を形成する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ヒューズ部は、前記端子連結部の前記折り曲げられた側面の間で延在するように形成されるホールを含む、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部は、前記複数の集電片のうちの互いに隣接する一対の集電片同士を結合させる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部は、前記電極組立体のうちの互いに隣接する電極組立体と接触する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の支持部のそれぞれは、連結部と、前記連結部の両側の側端に形成されるガイド部と、を含み、
前記ガイド部は、前記連結部を前記互いに隣接する集電片に連結し、
前記ガイド部は、前記電極組立体の傾斜面と接触する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記複数の支持部の前記ガイド部のそれぞれは、前記連結部と前記互いに隣接する集電片との間で弧形に湾曲して形成される、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ガイド部のそれぞれは、前記連結部と前記互いに隣接する集電片との間で傾斜角を形成し、
前記それぞれのガイド部の前記傾斜角を有する傾斜面が前記電極組立体の前記傾斜面と接触する、請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部は、前記側板のうちの1つと連結する部分と該部分に隣接する部分とにおいて前記互いに隣接する集電片同士を連結する上部支持部と、前記集電片の末端で前記互いに隣接する集電片同士を連結する下部支持部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記互いに隣接する集電片は、
前記電極組立体のうちの1つの無地部に溶接する溶接バーと、前記互いに隣接する集電片側に向かって折り曲げられる折曲バーと、前記互いに隣接する集電片の末端に形成される挿入チップと、を含む、請求項11に記載の二次電池。 - 前記互いに隣接する集電片の前記折曲バーのそれぞれは、前記溶接バーのうちの1つを基準として5°〜90°に折り曲げられる、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記溶接バーおよび前記挿入チップは、互いに平行である、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記挿入チップ間の距離は、前記溶接部間の距離よりも小さい、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記下部支持部は、前記折曲部に近接した位置で前記互いに隣接した集電片の前記溶接バー同士を連結する、請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記下部支持部は、前記互いに隣接する集電片の前記挿入チップ同士を連結する、請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の電極組立体及び前記集電部材を収容するケースと、前記ケースの内部表面と対向する前記集電部材の部分上に位置する絶縁部材と、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部材の前記集電片、前記支持部、前記側板、および前記端子連結部は、同じ物質で生成されて互いに一体に結合する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
