Claims (17)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、および前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間に介在されるセパレータを備える電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記第1電極板に電気的に連結される電極端子と、
前記第1電極板と前記電極端子との間に結合されて互いに電気的に連結し、ヒューズを備える集電部と、
前記集電部のヒューズ上に配置される絶縁部と、
を備える、二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部は、前記ヒューズよりさらに大きい表面積を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ヒューズは、前記集電部の他の部分より小さい断面積を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ヒューズは、前記集電部の他の部分より大きい抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、前記ケースの外部に突出する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースの開口部を密封するキャッププレートをさらに備え、
前記電極端子は、前記キャッププレートに形成された端子ホールを通じて外部に突出する、請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部は、絶縁テープまたは絶縁モールドのうち少なくとも一つを備える、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部は、一つの一体型に形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部は、
前記第1電極板に連結される集電板と、
前記電極端子と前記集電板とに連結されるリード部材と、
を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記リード部材は、
前記電極端子に連結される端子リード部と、
前記端子リード部から延び、前記集電板に連結される集電リード部と、
を備える、請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電リード部は、前記ヒューズを備える、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子リード部は、前記ヒューズを備える、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ヒューズは、前記リード部材と一体に形成され、前記リード部材の他の部分より小さい断面積を有する、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、第1電極端子であり、
前記二次電池は、第2電極板に電気的に連結され、前記ケースの外部に突出する第2電極端子をさらに備え、
前記集電部は、第1集電部であり、
前記二次電池は、前記第2電極板と前記第2電極端子との間に連結され、電気的に接続される第2集電部をさらに備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1電極板および前記第1集電部は、正極となり、
前記第2電極板および前記第2集電部は、負極となる、請求項14に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1集電部は、アルミニウム(Al)を含み、第2集電部は、銅(Cu)を含む、請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ヒューズは、設定された設定電流より大きいか、または前記設定電流と同じ大きさの電流が前記集電部を通じて流れるとき、溶けることによって前記第1電極板を前記電極端子から電気的に分離させるように形成される、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
