Claims (12)
- 各々が電池の巻芯のタブをそれぞれ保持するように構成された少なくとも2つの保持部と、前記2つの隣り合う保持部を接続するように構成された接続部と、を備える固定部と、
前記固定部へと接続された延長部と、
を備える電気コネクタ。 - 前記固定部が、前記接続部の両側に配置されて2つの隣り合う巻芯のタブをそれぞれ保持するように構成された2つの保持部を備えており、
前記延長部が、前記接続部の第1の端部に配置されている請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記保持部の各々が、巻芯の前記タブを収容して保持するための溝を定めるように略U字形の断面を有している請求項1または2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記保持部が、開口下面および閉鎖上面を有しており、
前記接続部と前記開口下面とが、同一平面に位置しており、
前記延長部が、つなぎ部を介して前記接続部の前記第1の端部へと接続され、前記延長部と前記閉鎖上面とが、同一平面に位置している請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記つなぎ部が、略S字形である請求項4に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記保持部の前側および後側の両方の端面が、開口している請求項4に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記延長部、前記つなぎ部、および前記接続部が、一体である請求項4に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 弾性シートで作製されている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記弾性シートの厚さが、約0.1mm〜約3mmである請求項8に記載の電気コネクタ。
- シェルと、
前記シェルへと接続され、前記シェルとの間に内部空間を定めるカバー板と、
前記カバー板に配置された電極端子と、
前記内部空間に収容され、タブとして構成された非被覆領域と、被覆領域とを各々が有している少なくとも2つの巻芯と、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタと
を備えており、
前記巻芯の各々のタブが、前記固定部の前記保持部にそれぞれ収容され、前記電気コネクタの各々の延長部が、前記電極端子にそれぞれ接続されている電池。 - 前記電極端子が、負電極端子および正電極端子を含んでおり、
前記少なくとも2つの巻芯のタブが、前記負電極端子に隣接して配置された負極タブと、前記正電極端子に隣接して配置された正極タブとを含んでおり、
前記電気コネクタが、前記負極タブと前記負電極端子との間および/または前記正極タブと前記正電極端子との間に接続されている請求項10に記載の電池。 - 前記保持部の前記上面が、前記タブの上端へとはんだ付けされ、前記延長部が、前記電極端子へとはんだ付けされている請求項10に記載の電池。
