Abstract
【解決手段】一端から延びた複数の第1突出部を有する第1電極板と、前記一端から延びた複数の第2突出部を有する第2電極板とを備え、前記複数の第1突出部又は複数の第2突出部の少なくとも何れか一つが偏平部とラウンド部とを備えるように形成された電極組立体と、前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、前記複数の第1突出部又は複数の第2突出部の少なくとも何れか一つに接続され、少なくとも前記ラウンド部をカバーする集電板とを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (16)
- 一端から延びた複数の第1突出部を有する第1電極板と、前記一端から延びた複数の第2突出部を有する第2電極板とを備え、前記複数の第1突出部又は複数の第2突出部の少なくとも何れか一つが偏平部とラウンド部とを備えるように形成された電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記複数の第1突出部又は複数の第2突出部の少なくとも何れか一つに接続され、少なくとも前記ラウンド部をカバーする集電板とを備えることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記偏平部は、前記電極組立体の長さ方向に延び、
前記ラウンド部は、前記電極組立体の中心軸から前記電極組立体の終端の一側に位置し、
前記集電板は、前記ラウンド部に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記偏平部は、前記中心軸と最も近い一側から長さ方向に垂直な偏平エッジを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記偏平部は、前記長さ方向から前記電極組立体の中央領域に向けて傾いた偏平エッジを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板は、前記電極組立体の偏平部に対応する位置に偏平領域部と、前記電極組立体のラウンド部に溶接されるラウンド領域部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板は、前記電極組立体の一端のうち、第1側から前記複数の第1突出部と接続する第1集電板であり、
前記電極組立体の一端のうち、前記第1側と反対になる第2側から前記複数の第2突出部と接続する第2集電板をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電板は、溝部を備え、前記溝部にて前記電極組立体に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板の溝部は、前記複数の第1突出部又は複数の第2突出部の少なくとも何れか一つを加圧及び/又は折り曲げることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板は、前記溝部を備えるベース部と、前記ベース部を取り囲むフランジ部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板の溝部は、長さ方向に延びた複数の溝部を備え、前記電極組立体に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板の溝部は、前記長さ方向に垂直な方向に延びた複数の溝部を備え、前記電極組立体に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板は、前記溝部を介して形成された少なくとも一つの開口を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記少なくとも一つの開口は、複数のスリットを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の一端は、電極活物質がコーティングされないことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースの開口を密封するキャッププレートと、前記二次電池からガスを除去するように形成された安全ベントを含むキャップ組立体とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電板は、前記複数の第1突出部又は複数の第2突出部の少なくとも何れか一つにレーザ溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
