Abstract
【解決手段】ノッキング制御装置1は、ガスエンジン2の気筒3に所定強度以上のノッキングが発生したか否かをサイクル毎に判定可能なノッキング判定装置24と、ノッキング判定装置24が所定強度以上のノッキングが発生したと判定した場合に積算変数CTに1を加算し、ノッキング判定装置24が所定強度以上のノッキングが発生しなかったと判定した場合に積算変数CTから1を減算する積算変数演算部30と、積算変数CTが閾値以上となった場合に、気筒3の出力を低下させる主制御装置20とを備えている。

図4は図1に示す主制御装置20が実行するノッキング制御を説明するフローチャートである。図5は図1に示す主制御装置20が実行するノッキング制御のうち燃料噴射時間低減制御を説明するタイミングチャートである。以下、図3及び5を参照しつつ図4に沿ってノッキング制御の流れを説明する。図3及び4に示すように、まず、ノッキング判定装置24が、ガスエンジン2の気筒3内の燃焼状態が「通常」、「失火」、「小ノック」又は「大、中ノック」の4つの状態のうち何れに属するのかサイクル毎に判定する(ステップS1)。

Claims (4)
- ガスエンジンの気筒に所定強度以上のノッキングが発生したか否かをサイクル毎に判定可能なノッキング判定手段と、
前記ノッキング判定手段が所定強度以上のノッキングが発生したと判定した場合に積算変数に所定数を加算し、前記ノッキング判定手段が所定強度以上のノッキングが発生しなかったと判定した場合に前記積算変数から所定数を減算する積算変数演算手段と、
前記積算変数が閾値以上となった場合に、前記気筒の出力を低下させる制御手段とを備えていることを特徴とするガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記積算変数が前記閾値以上となった場合に、前記気筒に対する燃料供給期間を減少させることにより前記気筒の出力を低下させる請求項1に記載のガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記ノッキング判定手段により判定された所定強度以上のノッキングが設定サイクル数の間に所定回数以上発生した場合に、前記気筒に対する着火タイミングを遅角させる請求項1又は2に記載のガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。
- 前記ガスエンジンは複数の気筒を有しており、
前記制御手段は、前記積算変数が所定の閾値以上となった気筒が所定数を超える場合には、前記ガスエンジンの出力上限値を低下させる請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。
