Claims (6)
- ガスエンジンに供給された混合気を点火するための点火手段と、
前記ガスエンジンの気筒におけるノッキングを検知するノッキング検知手段と、
前記ガスエンジンの位相角を検出する位相角検知手段と、
前記点火手段を駆動制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、所定サイクル数経過する間に所定のノッキングが出現したサイクル数の前記所定サイクル数に対する割合であるノッキング出現率を算出し、前記ノッキング出現率を遅れ演算して出現率遅れ演算値を算出し、算出した前記出現率遅れ演算値と予め定めた一定の出現率目標値との偏差を算出し、前記出現率遅れ演算値が前記出現率目標値を上回るときには前記点火手段の点火タイミングの目標値を前記偏差に基づいて遅角させ且つ前記出現率遅れ演算値が前記出現率目標値を下回るときには前記点火手段の点火タイミングの目標値を前記偏差に基づいて進角させ、点火タイミングが該目標値に応じて決まる指令値となるよう前記点火手段を駆動制御する構成としたことを特徴とするガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。 - 前記遅れ演算が移動平均であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。
- 点火タイミングを遅角するときにおける単位期間あたりの点火タイミングの遅角量が、点火タイミングを進角するときにおける単位期間あたりの点火タイミングの進角量に比べて大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記点火手段の点火タイミングの指令値を遅れ演算することにより点火タイミングの基準値を算出し、前記出現率遅れ演算値と前記出現率目標値との偏差に基づいて決定した補正値を前記基準値に加算することによって前記点火手段の点火タイミングの目標値を決定する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。
- 前記ノッキング検知手段は、ノッキングをその強度に応じて複数段階に分けて検知し、
前記制御手段は、前記所定サイクル経過する間に所定強度以上のノッキングが出現したサイクル数が閾値を超えるときに、該出現サイクル数に応じて決定される前記点火手段の点火タイミングの遅角量を算出し、前記出現率遅れ演算値と前記出現率目標値との偏差に基づいて決定した点火タイミングの目標値を前記遅角量だけ遅角させる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。 - 前記ガスエンジンに混合気が供給される主燃焼室及び副燃焼室が設けられ、
前記点火手段は、前記副燃焼室に供給された混合気を火花点火する点火プラグを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のガスエンジンのノッキング制御装置。
