Abstract
Description
(a)現在から所定時間前の間の許容ノッキングの発生回数が所定回数よりも小さい。
(b)目標回転数と実回転数との差の絶対値が所定回転数よりも小さい。
(c)燃料ガス噴射期間の時間変化率の絶対値が所定変化率よりも小さい。
この構成によれば、点火時期を急速に進角しても、許容ノッキングが多発したり許容不可ノッキングが発生したりすることを防止することができる。
(d)目標回転数と実回転数との差の絶対値が所定回転数よりも大きい。
(e)燃料ガス噴射期間の時間変化率の絶対値が所定変化率よりも大きい。
図1に、本発明の参照形態に係るガスエンジンシステム10を示す。このガスエンジンシステム10は、ガスエンジン1と制御装置3を含む。
(a)現在から所定時間(例えば、60 sec)前の間の許容ノッキングの発生回数が所定回数(例えば、ゼロまたは数回)よりも小さい。
(b)目標回転数Ntと実回転数Nとの差の絶対値|ΔN|が所定回転数(例えば、2〜10[rpm])よりも小さい。
(c)燃料ガス噴射期間の時間変化率の絶対値|dD|が所定変化率(例えば、0.1〜1[deg/sec])よりも小さい。
(M1)燃料ガスの必要噴射量の時間変化率の絶対値が閾値よりも小さい。
(M2)ガスエンジン1の出力軸に設けられたトルク計で検出されるトルクの時間変化率の絶対値が閾値よりも小さい。
(M3)圧縮機およびタービンを含む過給機がガスエンジン1と接続される場合、実過給圧と目標過給圧との差の絶対値が閾値よりも小さい。
次に、図6および図7を参照して、本発明の一実施形態に係るガスエンジンシステムを説明する。ただし、本実施形態では、制御装置3が行う制御のみが参照形態と異なり、ガスエンジンシステムの構成は図1に示す通りである。
(d)目標回転数Ntと実回転数Nとの差の絶対値|ΔN|が所定回転数よりも大きい(所定回転数は、条件(b)の所定回転数と同じであっても異なっていてもよい)。
(e)燃料ガス噴射期間の時間変化率の絶対値|dD|が所定変化率よりも大きい(所定変化率は、条件(c)の所定変化率と同じであっても異なっていてもよい)。
本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (4)
- 内部で燃料ガスと空気の混合気を燃焼させる少なくとも1つのシリンダを含むガスエンジンと、
前記シリンダに設けられた点火装置と、
前記シリンダ内の圧力を検出する圧力計と、
前記点火装置を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記圧力計で検出される前記シリンダ内の圧力に基づいて、所定のサイクル数に対する許容ノッキングが出現したサイクル数の割合であるノッキング出現率の遅れ演算値を算出し、
目標出現率から前記ノッキング出現率の遅れ演算値を差し引いた出現率差に基づいて、前記出現率差が正の場合は点火時期を進角し、前記出現率差が負の場合は点火時期を遅角するように一次目標点火時期を決定し、
前記出現率差が正の場合であって、前記一次目標点火時期から前回点火時期を差し引いた点火時期差が第1進角率の換算値を超えない場合は、前記一次目標点火時期を今回点火時期とし、
前記出現率差が正の場合であって、前記一次目標点火時期から前回点火時期を差し引いた点火時期差が第1進角率の換算値を超える場合は、急速進角条件を満たすか否かを判定し、
前記急速進角条件を満たさない場合は、前回点火時期に前記第1進角率の換算値を加えた二次目標点火時期を今回点火時期とし、
前記急速進角条件を満たす場合には、前記第1進角率よりも大きな第2進角率となるように今回点火時期を決定し、
前記今回点火時期で前記点火装置が前記混合気に点火するように前記点火装置を制御するとともに、
リセット条件を満たすか否かを判定し、前記リセット条件を満たす場合には、少なくとも前記第1進角率で進角した場合に対する前記第2進角率による進角量をリセットするように今回点火時期を補正する、ガスエンジンシステム。 - 前記急速進角条件は、以下の条件(a)〜(c)の少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載のガスエンジンシステム。
(a)現在から所定時間前の間の許容ノッキングの発生回数が所定回数よりも小さい。
(b)目標回転数と実回転数との差の絶対値が所定回転数よりも小さい。
(c)燃料ガス噴射期間の時間変化率の絶対値が所定変化率よりも小さい。 - 前記制御装置は、前記急速進角条件を満たす場合には、前回点火時期に前記第1進角率の換算値を加えた二次目標点火時期に、予め定められた加算率から算出される加算量を加算することによって、今回点火時期を決定し、かつ、
前記リセット条件を満たす場合には、今回点火時期から前記加算量の累積値以上を減算することによって今回点火時期を補正する、請求項1または2に記載のガスエンジンシステム。 - 前記リセット条件は、以下の条件(d)および(e)の少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガスエンジンシステム。
(d)目標回転数と実回転数との差の絶対値が所定回転数よりも大きい。
(e)燃料ガス噴射期間の時間変化率の絶対値が所定変化率よりも大きい。
