Abstract
Description
本発明は白熱ランプ、特に自動車信号ランプ、例えばインジケータランプ(方向指示ランプ)に適用する。
図1はインジケータランプ(方向指示ランプ)とも呼ばれる自動車信号ランプ1を示し、このランプは、
例えば0.3mm〜1.1mmの壁厚さを有するアンバー着色ガラスからなるランプ容器又はバルブ2と、
ガラスバルブ2の内部に取り付けられたビード4で保持された、コイルフィラメント5を支持する2つのリードワイヤ3a及び3bを具えるマウント部3と、 ランプの製造プロセス中にランプ容器2を排気するとともにランプ容器内に不活性ガスを導入し、マウント部3及びバルブ2とともに加熱封止され、気密ピンチ部を形成する排気管7と、
マウント部3に接続され、ランプを自動車の電気回路により付勢する電気接点8と、
ランプセットのホルダに嵌合する口金9と、
を具える。
米国特許US5470805号に記載されているように、使用する出発材料は珪砂、リシア輝石、ドロマイト及びLi,Na,K,Sr及びBaの炭酸塩である。精製剤として硫酸ナトリウム(Na2SO4)使用することができる。
