Abstract

Claims (10)
- 一方の面に接合された、振動エネルギー消散特性を付与する制振材料の層(2)を含む、被覆用タイル(1)。
- 制振材料の層(2)が、20℃、10Hzと5000Hzの間において、少なくとも0.08に等しい、好ましくは0.3より大きい、動的損失率tanδと、5×106Paと109Paの間の動的ヤング率E’を有する、請求項1記載のタイル。
- 制振材料の層(2)、タイル(1)、及び当該タイルが対象とする支持材(3)がそれぞれ、ヤング率E'(材料)、E'(タイル)、E'(支持材)を有し、それらはE'(材料)/E'(タイル)比が0.09より小さく、且つE'(材料)/E'(支持材)比が0.09より小さいようなものである、請求項1又は2記載のタイル。
- 制振材料の層(2)が1種以上の粘弾性ポリマー材料、例えば、ビチューメン、スチレン−アクリル系ポリマー、ポリビニルブチラールなど、特に増強した音響減衰特性を持つポリビニルブチラール、で構成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載のタイル。
- 制振材料の層(2)が、シートもしくはフィルム、又は流延された樹脂で構成され、且つ1種以上の制振性ポリマー材料で構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のタイル。
- 制振材料の層(2)が水性接着剤タイプの結合手段により当該タイルに接合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載のタイル。
- 制振材料の層(2)が当該制振材料の固有の接着特性により当該タイルに接合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載のタイル。
- 前記制振材料の層を含む一方の面の反対側の面がセラミック、例えばファイアンス、テラコッタ、ストーンウエアなど、又はガラス質ペースト、又は大理石、又は再生石、又は硬質複合材料で構成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載のタイル。
- 前記制振材料の層(2)の接着力により、床又は壁タイプの硬質支持材(3)に接合する用途向けである、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載のタイル。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載のタイル(1)を複数含む床又は壁の被覆。
