Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,包括陶瓷坯体、保温复合层、微晶玻璃复合层及抗菌涂层,保温复合层位于陶瓷坯体及玻璃复合层之间,各层之间通过结构胶粘结为一体,所述抗菌涂层涂覆在玻璃复合层上。所述抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖具有良好的保温性,装饰性,并具有很好的抗菌效果,且长时间使用微晶玻璃表面不会变黄,可以广泛地应用在室内装饰领域。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰材料,特别涉及一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖。
背景技术
微晶玻璃板材是一种美观实用的高档装饰材料,并且有着高强度、硬度、光滑平整、厚度薄的诸多优点,但是成本高,因此限制了它的推广应用。陶瓷砖成本低、产量高、品种多,因此微晶玻璃与陶瓷复合有很大的应用前景。抗菌表面在工业及家庭应用会提高卫生。一些金属,例如铜和银离子可以阻止细菌的生长。银应用在玻璃表面上可以在玻璃表面产生抗菌涂层,但是银离子容易与钠钙玻璃种的钠离子产生离子交换使玻璃成黄色,因此需要解决此问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,其解决措施如下所述。
一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,包括陶瓷坯体、保温复合层、微晶玻璃复合层及抗菌涂层,保温复合层位于陶瓷坯体及玻璃复合层之间,各层之间通过结构胶粘结为一体,所述抗菌涂层涂覆在微晶玻璃复合层上。
进一步地,保温复合层为聚苯乙烯板,其厚度为5~8mm。
进一步地,微晶玻璃层的厚度为3~5mm。
进一步地,所述抗菌涂层为纳米TiO2抗菌涂层,且厚度为0.2~1mm。
进一步地,所述陶瓷坯体厚度为5~10mm。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,具有良好的保温性,装饰性,并具有很好的抗菌效果,且长时间使用微晶玻璃表面不会变黄,可以广泛地应用在室内装饰领域。

参照图1一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,包括陶瓷坯体4、保温复合层3、微晶玻璃复合层2及抗菌涂层1,保温复合层3位于陶瓷坯体4及玻璃复合层2之间,各层之间通过结构胶粘结为一体,所述抗菌涂层1涂覆在微晶玻璃复合层22上。
进一步地,保温复合层3为聚苯乙烯板,其厚度为8mm。
进一步地,微晶玻璃层2的厚度为5mm。
进一步地,所述抗菌涂层1为纳米TiO2抗菌涂层,且厚度为1mm。
进一步地,所述陶瓷坯体4厚度为10mm。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,其特征在于,包括陶瓷坯体、保温复合层、微晶玻璃复合层及抗菌涂层,保温复合层位于陶瓷坯体及玻璃复合层之间,各层之间通过结构胶粘结为一体,所述抗菌涂层涂覆在微晶玻璃复合层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,其特征在于,保温复合层为聚苯乙烯板,其厚度为5~8mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,其特征在于,微晶玻璃层的厚度为3~5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,其特征在于,所述抗菌涂层为纳米TiO2抗菌涂层,且所述抗菌涂层厚度为0.2~1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌微晶玻璃复合砖,其特征在于,所述陶瓷坯体厚度为5~10mm。
