Abstract
【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、無機充填剤を1〜150重量部、ポリアミド系重合体からなるセグメントと数平均分子量が10000以上のジエン系重合体からなるセグメントとからなる共重合体を0.1〜30重量部配合したことを特徴とする。

Description
共重合体1
カルボン酸変性ポリイソプレン(クラレ社製LIR−410、数平均分子量25000)とε−カプロラクタムとを重量比2:1でオートクレーブに仕込み、250℃で10分間重合反応を行なった。その後、アセトンを加えて、未反応のε−カプロラクタムを洗って除去し乾燥することにより、共重合体1を得た。
カルボン酸変性ポリイソプレンとε−カプロラクタムとの重量比を1:1にしたことを除き、上記共重合体1の製造方法と同様にして、共重合体2を得た。
カルボン酸変性ポリブタジエン(デグサ社製OS800S、数平均分子量2000)とε−カプロラクタムとの重量比2:1にしメタノールと共にオートクレーブに仕込み、温度250℃で10分間重合反応を行なった。その後、アセトンを加えて、未反応のε−カプロラクタムを洗って除去し乾燥し、共重合体3を得た。
表1〜3に示す配合からなる15種類のゴム組成物(実施例1〜8、比較例1〜7)を、それぞれ硫黄及び加硫促進剤を除く配合成分を秤量し、1.7Lのバンバリーミキサーで145℃、5分間混練し、得られたマスターバッチを放出し室温冷却した。このマスターバッチを1.7Lのバンバリーミキサーに供し、硫黄及び加硫促進剤を加え90℃で3分間混合し、ゴム組成物を調製した。
得られた試験片の100%変形時の引張り応力を、JIS K6251に準拠し、3号型ダンベル試験片に成形し、引張り速度500mm/分、温度23℃で測定し、その結果を表1〜3に示した。
得られた試験片の動的粘弾性を、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪み10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hzの条件で、温度60℃におけるtanδを測定し、その結果を表1〜3に示した。温度60℃におけるtanδ(60℃)が小さいほど低発熱性が優れることを意味する。
無機充填剤の分散性能をISO 11345に準拠し、得られた各試験片の断面を、カーボン分散測定機(Optigrade(Sweden)社製)を使用し、画像解析を行なうことにより、下記式に基づいて10段階評価を行なった。
評点=10−9×(23μm以上の未分散塊の占める画像領域面積)/[0.19×(全体の画像領域面積)]

Claims (7)
- ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、無機充填剤を1〜150重量部、ポリアミド系重合体からなるセグメントと数平均分子量が10000以上のジエン系重合体からなるセグメントとからなる共重合体を0.1〜30重量部配合したゴム組成物。
- 前記共重合体がグラフト共重合体である請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記共重合体におけるジエン系重合体からなるセグメントが、ポリイソプレン又はポリブタジエンである請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記共重合体におけるポリアミド系重合体からなるセグメントの数平均分子量が300〜10000である請求項1,2又は3に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記共重合体におけるポリアミド系重合体からなるセグメントが、ナイロン4、ナイロン6、ナイロン11、ナイロン12及びこれらナイロンの単量体を含む共重合体からなる群から選ばれた重合体である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記無機充填剤が、シリカ、クレイ及び炭酸カルシウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物。
- タイヤ構成材用である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物。
