3層チューブPEBAX 4033/LOTADER AX8900/KYNAR 2750を製造した。層の厚さは、650μm/75μm/150−170μmであった。チューブの外側の径は8mmであった。チューブは優れた柔軟性と回復力を示した。
4層チューブPEBAX 4033/LOTADER AX8900/KYNAR ADX/KYNAR 2750を製造した。層の厚さは、790−830μm/150μm/94−75μm/330−380μmであった。チューブの外側の径は8mmであった。
13%のDBS可塑剤を添加する場合と添加しない場合、両方でKYNAR 2500によりチューブを製造した。チューブの外側の径は3/8インチであり、チューブの厚さは35mmである。可塑剤があるチューブは実質的に可塑剤のないKYNAR 2500製のチューブより柔軟性を有していた。
4層チューブSantoprene 101−64/LOTADER AX8840/ADX 2285−03/KYNAR 2750を製造した。層の厚さは、790−830μm/150μm/94−75μm/330−380μmであった。チューブの外側の径は8mmであった。
LOTADER AX8840にEngage7086をブレンドしてチューブ全体の柔軟性と接着性を改善したこと以外は実施例4の記載と同様に4層チューブを製造した。
2つの4層チューブの径は6.2mm及び8.2mmであり、多層金型と多層押出成形を利用して、以下の構造体を製造した。
8.2mm径の4層チューブであり、以下の構造を有するチューブを、多層ヘッドと多層押出成形により形成した。
本発明では以下の構造体をチューブとして作成した:
−KYNAR 2800/KYNAR ADX/LOTADER/PEBAX 2533、厚さ 5mm/5mm/3mm/35mm
−KYNAR 2800/KYNAR ADX/LOTADER/TPO、厚さ 5mm/5mm/3mm/35mm
−KYNAR 2800/KYNAR ADX/LOTADER/TPU、厚さ 5mm/5mm/3mm/35mm
−KYNAR 2800/KYNAR ULTRAFLEX
−KYNAR2800/可塑性KYNAR ULTRAFLEX、又は、KYNAR 2500
−外側内側両方にKYNAR 2800を有し、内側にKYNAR ULTRAFLEX、又は、KYNAR 2500を有する対称構造
−内側のKYNAR 2800をKYNAR 2500又はKYNAR 740などの他のグレードのKYNARに入れ替えた構造
Claims (20)
- 柔軟性を有する多層構造体であって、
a)ポリフッ化ビニリデンポリマー(PVDF)接触層;
及び、
b)一又は二以上のエラストマー層を含み、
前記ポリフッ化ビニリデン接触層が直接又は間接的にエラストマー層に接着される多層構造体。 - 前記PVDF接触層が官能化されたポリフッ化ビニリデンポリマーを含む請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記PVDF接触層が官能化されておらず、可塑剤、色素、添加剤、加工助剤の何れも含まない請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記ポリフッ化ビニリデン接触層の厚さが3〜500μmである請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記エラストマー層の厚さが250〜1500μmである請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記PVDF層がPVDFのユニットを70〜99重量%含むコポリマー又はターポリマーである請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記PVDF層と前記エラストマー層の間に一又は二以上の結合層をさらに含む請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 官能化されたPVDF、官能化されたポリエチレン、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、塩化ポリエチレン、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアミド、官能化されたポリアミド、及び、これらのブレンドから成る群から選択される一又は二以上の結合層を有する請求項7に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記エラストマーが、弾性ポリアミド、官能基をグラフト化若しくは反応させた熱可塑性ポリオレフィン、ポリオレフィンエラストマー、エチレン/プロピレンコポリマー、ゴム、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン重合体、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、フルオロエラストマー、シリコーン、シリコーンゴム、ネオプレン、コポリエステルブロック熱可塑性ポリエチレン、ニトリルゴム、ブチルゴム、熱可塑性硬質ポリアミド、ポリオレフィン、及び、塩化ビニルから成る群から選択される請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記エラストマー層が、弾性ポリアミドを含む請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記PVDF層と前記エラストマー層の間にエチレンビニルアルコール層をさらに含む請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- チューブ、フィルム、又は、バッグである請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記チューブが蠕動ポンプに連結して使用される請求項12に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記PVDF接触層が化学的流体又は生物薬剤流体に直接接触する請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 個人用保護具の部品であって、PVDF層が外側表面にあり環境に露出し、エラストマー層が内側表面である請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- エラストマー層としてのポリエーテル−ブロック−ポリアミド層、PVDF接触層、並びに、PVDF層とポリエーテル−ブロック−ポリアミド層の間に一以上の結合層を有する請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 結合層が、
a)熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、若しくは、ポリエーテル−ブロック−ポリアミドとブレンドしたTPUを含む単一層;
又は、
b)第一層として、TPU、アミン末端ポリアミド又は官能化されたポリエチレンを有し
、第二層として、官能化されたPVDFを有する二重層;
のいずれかを含む請求項16に記載の多層構造体。 - エラストマー層としてTPUを含み、任意にTPUとPVDFの間に結合層を含む請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- エラストマー層としてオレフィンベースの熱可塑性硬質ゴム、エラストマー層の隣にエチレン−プロピレンのポリオレフィンエラストマーがブレンドされている結合層、PVDF接触層、並びに、エチレン−プロピレンポリオレフィンエラストマーとPVDF接触層の間の官能化されたPVDF層を有する請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記エラストマー層が柔軟性を有するポリ塩化ビニリデンである請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
