Description
116から122までの1つまたは複数の電力消費デバイスはまた、装置101によって制御され、装置101から電力を受け取ってもよい。これらは1つまたは複数のセンサ116(例えば自動温度調節器、在室センサ、湿度計およびその他)、暖房/換気/空気調節ユニット117、温水ヒータ118、ブラインド119、窓120(例えば開/閉および/または陰影の制御)および1つまたは複数の機器121(例えば洗濯機、ドライヤ、食器洗い機、冷蔵庫など)を含む。一部の機器は、装置101から直接制御信号を受信することができる、いわゆる「高性能」機器であってもよい。その他の従来型機器は、1つまたは複数の制御可能な中継器122を使用して制御されることが可能である。すべての実施形態において、装置101が116から112までのデバイスに直接電気を与えることが必要なわけではない。例えば、装置101は家庭または事業所で電力システムに結び付けられることが可能であり、電気はその経路を通じてデバイスに供給される。その場合、例えば停電のときには、家の配線システムを電気グリッドから切り離し、装置101を配線ネットワークに接続するために、適切な遮断デバイスおよび迂回スイッチが使用される。そのような方式は従来のものであり、それらの動作を理解するために、さらなる詳細は必要ではない。
さらに別の例として、停電が生じ、家から電力を除去することを仮定する。従来のバックアップシステムは、例えば冷凍庫、冷蔵庫、選択された照明など、事前に選択された「重要な」デバイスに電力を供給する目的で、直ちにバッテリのバックアップを与えるか、またはバックアップジェネレータに関与する。本発明の特定の原理によって、エネルギー供給および使用を最適化するようにプログラムされたコントローラは、冷凍庫または冷蔵庫などのデバイスが、結果をほとんど伴わないか、または全く伴わずに電力グリッドから接続を断たれることが可能であり、それによってエネルギーを保存するということを知っていることから、停電の最初の1時間か2時間の間、冷凍庫または冷蔵庫のスイッチを入れることを延期することができる。しかしながら停電が続く場合、電力バックアップは、他のものを抑制しながら、それらのデバイスに選択的に適用されることが可能である。その他の例および原理は、以下でより詳細に説明される。
Claims (28)
- プロセッサ、メモリおよび無線トランシーバを備える基本ユニットであって、前記プロセッサおよびメモリが、
無線エネルギー制御ユニットに結合された1つまたは複数の負荷によって使用された電気を示す前記無線エネルギー制御ユニットからの測定値を前記無線トランシーバから受信し、
1つまたは複数の動的変数に基づいて制御判定を行い、
前記無線エネルギー制御ユニットに結合された前記1つまたは複数の負荷に対して電力を除去および減少するために、1つまたは複数のコマンドを前記無線トランシーバを通じて送信する
ようにプログラムされた基本ユニット。 - 前記制御判定は、電気の動的コストに基づく請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記制御判定は、1つまたは複数の貯蔵デバイスの貯蔵充電に基づく請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記制御判定は、代替の非グリッド電源の利用可能度に基づく請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記制御判定は、1つまたは複数のソーラーパネルから入手可能な太陽エネルギーの利用可能度に基づく請求項4に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記制御判定は、前記無線エネルギー制御ユニットから受信された前記測定値に基づく請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、各々が異なる負荷に結合された複数のエネルギー制御ユニットから無線で前記測定値を受信し、前記複数のエネルギー制御ユニットに無線で1つまたは複数のコマンドを送信するようにプログラムされた請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、ソーラーパネルによって作られたDC電流を、前記無線エネルギー制御ユニットに結合された前記1つまたは複数の負荷に電流を供給するために利用可能なAC電流に変換する光起電(PV)インバータに、無線でコマンドを送信するようにプログラムされた請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、前記コマンドを受信し、それらを異なるプロトコルに変換して、前記異なるプロトコルに基づいて前記PVインバータを制御する無線アダプタに、前記コマンドを無線で送信するようにプログラムされた請求項8に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、無線自動温度調節器から温度測定値を無線で受信し、温度設定を変更するために前記無線温度調節器にコマンドを送信するようにプログラムされた請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、建物に配置されたデバイスによって使用された電力を測定する無線電力メータから、データを無線で受信するようにプログラムされた請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、前記無線電力メータから電気の変動コストを無線で受信するようにプログラムされた請求項11に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、前記制御判定に基づいて、過剰な電気を公益企業のグリッドに売り戻すようにプログラムされた請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、外部で結合されたコンピュータにユーザインタフェースを提供するようにプログラムされ、前記ユーザインタフェースが、前記制御判定を行う際に使用される前記基本ユニットによって使用される設定をユーザが構成することを可能にする請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記プロセッサおよびメモリは、前記1つまたは複数の負荷による電力消費を、後の時間に延期するようにプログラムされた請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- 前記測定値は、電圧、アンペア数および電力要素を含む電力測定値を備える請求項1に記載の基本ユニット。
- プロセッサ、メモリおよび無線トランシーバを備えた無線負荷マネージャであって、前記プロセッサおよびメモリが、
前記無線トランシーバを通じて、1つまたは複数の負荷によって現在消費されている電気の量を示す、前記無線負荷マネージャに結合された前記1つまたは複数の負荷からの測定値を無線基本ユニットに送信し、
前記無線トランシーバを通じて、前記無線負荷マネージャに結合された1つまたは複数の負荷に対して電力が除去または減少されるべきであることを示す、前記無線基本ユニットからの1つまたは複数のコマンドを受信し、
前記1つまたは複数のコマンドに応じて、前記1つまたは複数の負荷に対して電力を除去または減少するようにプログラムされた無線負荷マネージャ。 - 前記測定値は、電圧、アンペア数および電力要素を備える請求項17に記載の無線負荷マネージャ。
- 前記無線負荷マネージャに結合された前記1つまたは複数の負荷によって使用された電力を測定する1つまたは複数の電流トランスデューサをさらに備える請求項17に記載の無線負荷マネージャ。
