Description
得られた比較吸水性樹脂(2)100質量部に1,4−ブタンジオール0.38質量部、プロピレングリコール0.63質量部、純水2.74質量部の混合液からなる表面架橋剤を均一に混合した後、混合物を212℃で加熱処理した。混合物の加熱時間を30分、40分、45分としたものをそれぞれ作製した。その後、得られた粒子をそれぞれ目開き710μmのJIS標準篩を通過するまで解砕した。次に、解砕された粒子にペイントシェーカーテスト1を行った。こうして、表面が架橋された比較吸水性樹脂を得た。加熱時間30分のものを比較吸水性樹脂(2−30)、加熱時間40分のものを比較吸水性樹脂(2−40)、加熱時間45分のものを比較吸水性樹脂(2−45)とした。
得られた比較吸水性樹脂(3)100質量部に1,4−ブタンジオール0.38質量部、プロピレングリコール0.63質量部、純水3.39質量部、過硫酸ナトリウム0.1質量部の混合液からなる表面架橋剤を均一に混合した後、混合物を212℃で加熱処理した。混合物の加熱時間を35分、40分、45分としたものをそれぞれ作製した。その後、得られた粒子をそれぞれ目開き710μmのJIS標準篩を通過するまで解砕した。次に、解砕された粒子にペイントシェーカーテスト1を行った。こうして、表面が架橋された比較吸水性樹脂を得た。加熱時間35分のものを比較吸水性樹脂(3−35)、加熱時間40分のものを比較吸水性樹脂(3−40)、加熱時間45分のものを比較吸水性樹脂(3−45)とした。
