Abstract

본 발명은 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법은 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 및 중합개시제를 포함하는 모노머 조성물에 열중합 또는 광중합을 진행하여 함수겔상 중합체를 형성하는 단계; 상기 함수겔상 중합체를 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조된 중합체를 분쇄하는 단계; 분쇄된 중합체에 표면 가교제 및 코어-쉘 구조의 고분자 입자를 혼합하는 단계; 및 표면 가교 반응을 수행하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 표면 가교시 고분자 입자를 첨가하여 향상된 투과율을 갖는 고흡수성 수지를 수득할 수 있다.
