Claims (20)
- 電気信号の増幅が可能な回路であって、
a)入力同相モード電圧を含む増幅器の入力信号を生成するために、2つの入力電気信号を受け取り、乗算する機能を有する乗算器と、
b)前記乗算器の段から前記入力信号を受け取り、前記入力信号を増幅する機能を有する増幅器と、
c)前記増幅器の入力にバイアスをかけるように構成されたカレントミラー回路と、を有することを特徴とする回路。 - 前記カレントミラー回路は、前記入力同相モード電圧を略一定のレベルに維持することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記乗算器は、ギルバートセルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記増幅器の利得、帰還率、及びベータは、略1に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記乗算器は、前記増幅器と前記カレントミラー回路とに接続された2つの出力を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記増幅器の段は、トランスインピーダンス増幅器であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記入力同相モード電圧は、時間の経過によるフルスケールの変動が、略300mVを超えないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記乗算器の段への少なくとも1つの入力を生成するフォトダイオードをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記増幅器の出力は、レーザベースの装置に使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記レーザベースの装置は、CDドライブであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の回路。
- 前記レーザベースの装置は、DVDドライブであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の回路。
- 前記カレントミラー回路は、前記乗算器の段に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記カレントミラー回路は、前記増幅器の段に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記増幅器の出力に接続された出力同相モード調整ループをさらに具備し、
前記出力同相モード調整ループは、出力同相モード電圧と前記入力同相モード電圧との間の差の大きさを減少させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。 - 前記カレントミラー回路は、前記増幅器の段に接続された複数のトランジスタを具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記カレントミラー回路の前記トランジスタの1つのベースは、前記増幅器の段の中のノードに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項15記載の回路。
- フォトダイオードと、
前記フォトダイオードに動作的に接続されたギルバートセルと、
前記ギルバートセルの2出力に動作的に接続された2入力の増幅器と、
前記増幅器内のフィードバックノードに接続され、前記増幅器の2入力にバイアスをかけるフィードバック部と、を有することを特徴とする回路。 - 前記フィードバック部は、カレントミラー回路であることを特徴とする請求項17記載の回路。
- 前記フィードバック部は、入力同相モード電圧を略一定のレベルに維持することを特徴とする請求項17記載の回路。
- 前記増幅器の入力同相モード電圧が前記増幅器の出力同相モード電圧に等しくなるようにするため、電流がフィードバックされることを特徴とする請求項17記載の回路。
