Abstract
【解決手段】複合トランスミッション5,15並びにロックアップクラッチ12から成る内燃エンジン2、電動機3及びトランスミッション4で構成された原動機付き車両用パワートレインの制御方法において、内燃エンジン2のトルクを所定の時間経過に沿って減少させ、ロックアップクラッチ12を、これが内燃エンジン2のトルクの減少開始時点で部分的に係合されている限り、半クラッチ状態にもたらすとともに、この半クラッチ状態を維持しつつ内燃エンジン2の減少するトルクに比例して係合解除させ、電動機3のトルクを、内燃エンジン2のトルク減少開始時の該内燃エンジンのトルクと電動機3のトルクの比で内燃エンジン2のトルクに比例して減少させる。
Description
M_EM_soll=VZ_M_EM*MIN[ABS[RT_M_EM/VM*MAX[0 ,M_VM_ist]],ABS[M_EM_ist]]
により、ゼロトルク近傍で生じる内燃エンジン2のトルク変動が電動機3におけるモータとしての機能と発電機としての機能の間の切換を誘発しないようになっており、負荷変動ショック及びねじり振動の増大が抑制される。なお、上記式において、VZ_M_EMは電動機3のトルクの符号であり、ABSは直後の括弧内の量の絶対値である。

Claims (5)
- 第1及び第2の入力要素(6,7)と、1つの出力要素(8)とを備えた複合トランスミッション(5,15)並びに摩擦クラッチとして形成されたロックアップクラッチ(12)によって互いに結合されて成る内燃エンジン(2)、電動機(3)及びトランスミッション(4)を含んで構成された原動機付き車両用パワートレインの制御方法であって、前記第1の入力要素、前記第2の入力要素及び前記出力要素がそれぞれ前記内燃エンジン(2)のクランクシャフト(9)、前記電動機(3)のロータ(10)及び前記トランスミッション(4)の入力軸(11)に結着されており、前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が前記複合トランスミッション(5,15)の第1及び第2の入力要素間に配置され、シフトチェンジ前に、前記内燃エンジン(2)及び前記電動機(3)のトルクが減少されるとともに前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が係合解除される前記パワートレイン制御方法において、
前記内燃エンジン(2)のトルク(M_VM)を所定の時間経過に沿って減少させ(M_VM_soll=f(t))、
前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)を、該ロックアップクラッチが前記内燃エンジン(2)のトルクの減少開始時点(t=t0)で少なくとも部分的に係合されている限り、半クラッチ状態にもたらすとともに、この半クラッチ状態を維持しつつ前記内燃エンジン(2)の減少するトルク(M_VM_ist)に比例して係合解除させ、
前記電動機(3)のトルク(M_EM_soll)を、前記内燃エンジン(2)のトルク減少開始時の該内燃エンジンのトルクと当該電動機のトルクの比(M_EM_ist/M_VM_ist)で前記内燃エンジン(2)のトルク(M_VM_ist)に比例して減少させる
ことを特徴とするパワートレイン制御方法。 - 前記内燃エンジンのトルク減少開始時点(t=t0)において前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が完全に係合されている場合に、まず、該ロックアップクラッチ(12)を半クラッチ状態となるまで係合解除し、その後、前記内燃エンジン及び前記電動機のトルク(M_VM、M_EM)を減少させるとともに前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)を更に係合解除させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパワートレイン制御方法。
- 前記内燃エンジンのトルク減少開始時点(t=t0)において前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が部分的に係合されている場合に、まず、該ロックアップクラッチ(12)が伝達可能なトルク(M_K)を、減少する前記内燃エンジン(2)のトルク(M_VM_ist)により半クラッチ状態となるまで一定に保持し、その後、前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)を前記内燃エンジン(2)のトルク(M_VM_ist)に比例して係合解除させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパワートレイン制御方法。
- 前記内燃エンジンのトルク減少開始時点(t=t0)において前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が部分的に係合されている場合に、該ロックアップクラッチ(12)が伝達可能なトルク(M_K)を、前記比で前記内燃エンジン(2)のトルク(M_VM_ist)に比例して当該ロックアップクラッチを係合解除させて減少させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパワートレイン制御方法。
- 前記内燃エンジンのトルク減少開始時点(t=t0)において前記ロックアップクラッチ(12)が完全に係合解除されている場合に、前記内燃エンジンのトルクが減少している間(t=t0〜t1)該ロックアップクラッチ(12)をこの係合解除された状態に保持することを特徴とする請求項1記載のパワートレイン制御方法。
