Claims (24)
- カバーテープを含む物品であって、
カバーテープは、
対向する長手方向縁部と上面と下面とを有する基材フィルム層と、
長手方向縁部に隣接する接着剤と、
長手方向縁部に実質的に平行であり且つ接着剤の内側にある基材フィルム層の上面および下面にある破断機構とを備える、物品。 - 更に、長手方向縁部に沿って伸びる陥凹部を含み、陥凹部に接着剤を有する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 基材フィルム層が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリオレフィンおよびポリイミドから成る群から選択される物質を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 接着剤が、感圧性、感熱性でミクロカプセル化された接着剤から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 上面における破断機構が、下面における破断機構より内側にある、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 上面における破断機構が、下面における破断機構より長い、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 上面における破断機構が、基材フィルム層内部の下面における破断機構を越えて伸びる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 接着剤が、陥凹部と同等又はそれ以下の幅である、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 各陥凹部の接着剤が、基材フィルム層の長手方向縁部から離されている、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 各陥凹部の接着剤が、隣接する破断機構から離されている、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 各破断機構が、長手方向に連続している、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 各破断機構が、基材フィルム層内により弱い領域を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 基材フィルム層が、第一及び第二物質を含み、破断機構はこの第一及び第二物質の境界面を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 第一物質が基材フィルム層の中心部分を形成し、第二物質が基材フィルム層の外側部分を形成する、請求項13に記載の物品。
- 第一物質が基材フィルム層の中心部分を形成し、第二物質が基材フィルム層の中心部分および外側部分間にバンドを形成する、請求項13に記載の物品。
- 破断機構がほぼ一定の破断力を与える、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記カバーテープが、破断機構に関して90度以下の角度で長手方向縁から少なくとも1つの破断機構に向かって伸びる、破断開始機構を更に含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- コンポーネントを保持するためにその中に形成される区画を有する担体テープを更に備え、
カバーテープは区画内でコンポーネントを密閉するために担体テープに接着されている、請求項1に記載の物品。 - カバーテープを作る方法であって、
対向する長手方向縁部と上面と底面とを有する基材フィルム層を提供するステップと、
長手方向縁部に対して実質的に平行である基材フィルム層の上面および下面に破断機構を形成するステップと、
長手方向縁部に隣接して接着剤を塗布すると共に、破断機構の外側に接着剤を塗布するステップとを含む、方法。 - 長手方向縁部に沿って伸びる陥凹部を形成するステップと、陥凹部に接着剤を塗布するステップとを更に含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 陥凹部を形成するステップが、スコア加工、押出成形、カレンダー、マイクロ複製、レーザー切除、超音波、化学エッチング及び剥離から成る群から選択されるプロセスを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 基材フィルム層が、外側部分の物質との接着力より弱い結合力を有する中心部分の物質によって分離されたラミネート又は共押出し成型された二つの外側部分の物質を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 基材フィルム層が、外側及び中心部分の物質との接着力より弱い結合力を有する物質のバンドによって各外側部分が中心部分から分離されたラミネート又は共押出し成型された二つの外側部分と中心部分を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 破断機構を形成するステップが、スコア加工、押出成形、カレンダー加工、マイクロ複製、レーザー切除、超音波、打ち抜き及び化学エッチングから成る群から選択されるプロセスを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
