Claims (7)
- ポンプハウジング(1)と、前記ポンプハウジング(1)内に軸承された被駆動の軸(2)と、この軸(2)の流れ側の自由端部に回転しないように配置された羽根車(3)と、前記羽根車(3)の流出範囲を可変に覆う外側シリンダ(5)を有する圧力操作式弁スライダ(4)とを備えた制御可能な冷却媒体ポンプであって、
a)前記弁スライダ(4)が環状に形成され、多数のピストンロッド(6)が前記弁スライダ(4)に配置され、前記弁スライダ(4)に配置されたピストンロッド(6)に付設された多数の孔(7)が、前記弁スライダ(4)の周囲に均一に分配されて、前記軸(2)に対して平行に前記ポンプハウジング(1)内に穿設され、前記ポンプハウジング(1)内において前記弁スライダ側のこの孔の端部にシール収容部(8)が設けられ、このシール収容部内にロッドシール(9)が配置され、前記ポンプハウジング(1)内において前記孔(7)の反対側の端部に、前記孔(7)を互いに接続する環状溝(10)が配置され、前記孔(7)内にピストンガイド(11)が配置され、前記弁スライダ(4)に配置された前記ピストンロッド(6)が前記ピストンガイド内に軸方向に摺動可能に支承され、前記ピストンガイド(11)内に配置された前記ピストンロッド(6)の環状溝側の端部が、環状ピストン(12)によって互いに連結され、前記環状ピストン(12)が前記環状溝(10)内に摺動可能に支承され、前記環状ピストン(12)の周囲に均一に分配されたばね室(13)が、前記孔(7)の間において前記ポンプハウジング(1)内の環状溝側に穿設され、前記環状ピストン(12)を付勢する圧縮ばね(14)が前記ばね室内に配置されていることと、
b)前記ピストンロッド(6)とは反対側の前記環状ピストン(12)の端面に、環状ウェブ(15)が配置され、ロールベロー(16)が前記環状ウェブ上に配置され、前記ロールベローが締付け要素(17)によりポンプハウジング(1)に固定された挟持カバー(18)によって固定されていることと、
c)前記ポンプハウジング(1)内に、前記弁スライダ(4)の圧力操作のための1つまたは複数の圧力接続孔(20)が配置され、前記圧力接続孔が前記ポンプハウジング(1)内に配置された圧力接続管(19)に開口していることと、
d)前記弁スライダ(4)のピストンロッド側の外側エッジ(22)に、エラストマー製バイパスシール(23)が配置され、閉鎖位置で前記弁スライダ(4)が前記ポンプハウジング(1)のシール面(24)に接触する際に前記エラストマー製バイパスシールが前記ポンプハウジング(1)と前記弁スライダ(4)との間の環状隙間(25)を閉鎖することを特徴とする制御可能な冷却媒体ポンプ。 - 前記圧力接続孔(20)が前記環状ピストン(12)の圧縮ばね側で、環状溝(10)と環状ピストン(12)とによって形成された環状室(32)に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御可能な冷却媒体ポンプ。
- 前記圧力接続孔(20)が前記環状ピストン(12)に配置されたロールベロー(16)の挟持カバー側で、前記挟持カバー(18)と前記環状ピストン(12)上に配置されたロールベロー(16)とによって形成されたシール室(26)に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御可能な冷却媒体ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(1)内において軸受シートのポンプ羽根車側に、脱気孔(28)が配置され、この脱気孔が前記ポンプハウジング(1)内において前記ポンプ軸受(27)の端面側に配置された脱気入口(29)と外部範囲とを接続していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御可能な冷却媒体ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(1)内において前記軸受シートのポンプ羽根車側に、漏洩孔(31)が配置され、この漏洩孔がポンプハウジング(1)内において前記ポンプ軸受(27)の端面側に配置された漏洩入口(30)と外部範囲とを接続していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御可能な冷却媒体ポンプ。
- 外部範囲に接続された均圧孔(21)が前記ロールベロー(16)の作動範囲において前記挟持カバー(18)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御可能な冷却媒体ポンプ。
- 外部範囲に接続された均圧孔(21)が前記環状ピストン(12)の作動範囲の弁スライダ側において前記ポンプハウジング(1)の環状溝(10)の範囲内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制御可能な冷却媒体ポンプ。
