Claims (12)
- 動力工具内部で使用される燃料供給、燃焼室システムであって、
燃焼室と、
液体燃料供給源を含む液体燃料供給部と、
前記液体燃料供給部に連通し、液体燃料供給部から所定量の液体燃料を供給する弁手段と、
第1の端部において前記弁手段に連通し、前記弁手段によって供給された前記所定量の液体燃料を気体燃料に変換し、第2の端部において前記燃焼室に連通し、前記気体燃料を燃焼室に供給する気化手段とを具備する燃料供給、燃焼室システム。 - 前記液体燃料供給部は、液体のLPG燃料供給部を具備する請求項1に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。
- 前記弁手段は計量弁を具備する請求項1に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。
- 前記気化手段が焼結ブロンズ部品を具備する請求項1に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。
- 更に、前記気化手段と前記燃焼室の間に配置され、所定の理論空燃比をもつ空燃混合気を生成するべく空気を前記分配気体燃料内に混入させ、前記燃焼室に導入する噴射ポンプを具備する請求項1に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。
- 動力工具内部で使用される燃料供給、燃焼室システムであって、
予燃焼室と、
前記予燃焼室の下流側の端部分に連通した主燃焼室と、
前記予燃焼室の上流側の端部分に連通し、空燃混合気を前記予燃焼室に供給する噴射ポンプと、
前記予燃焼室と前記主燃焼室の間に配置され、1燃焼サイクルの間、前記予燃焼室内で比較的高い所定圧力レベルが達成された際に、前記予燃焼室を前記本燃焼室に連通させる逆止弁と、
前記予燃焼室と前記主燃焼室の間に配置され、前記噴射ポンプから前記予燃焼室内に掃気空燃混合気が導入される際に比較的低圧の排気掃気条件下において前記予燃焼室を前記本燃焼室に連通させるバイパス弁とを具備する燃料供給、燃焼室システム。 - 前記バイパス弁は、2位置弁を具備する請求項6に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。
- 更に、
前記噴射ポンプと前記予燃焼室の間に位置するように前記予燃焼室の前記上流側の端部分内に配置される吸気弁と、
前記本燃焼室の下流側の端部分内に配置される排気弁とを具備する請求項6に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。 - 前記吸気弁と前記排気弁は2位置弁を具備する請求項8に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。
- 動力工具内部で使用される燃料供給、燃焼室システムであって、
気体燃料供給源を含む気体燃料供給部と、
前記気体燃料供給部に連通し、気体燃料供給部から所定量の気体燃料を供給する計量弁手段と、
前記計量弁手段に連通した第1の端部と、動力工具の燃焼室に連通するように形成された第2の端部とを有し、前記計量弁手段によって供給された前記所定量の気体燃料を燃焼室内に運ぶ噴射ポンプとを具備すること特徴とする燃料供給、燃焼室システム。 - 前記計量弁手段は、
計量弁と、
前記計量弁に作動的に連結され、計量弁が前記気体燃料供給部から所定量の前記気体燃料を供給できるように、前記計量弁を制御するパルスコントローラとを具備する請求項10に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。 - 前記パルスコントローラは電気的に時間制御されたパルスコントローラを具備する請求項11に記載の燃料供給、燃焼室システム。
