Abstract

Description
1)ポリマー混合物を含む2軸延伸された通気性フィルムであって、該ポリマー混合物は、ポリマー混合物の総重量を基準として、−少なくとも50%の少なくとも1種のポリエーテルブロックコポリマー;及び−0.5〜50%未満の少なくとも1種のポリエステル、を含む2軸延伸された通気性フィルム。
2)以下の工程を含む本発明の製造方法:
(1)キャストフィルムとしてポリマー混合物を形成する工程、及び
(2)工程(1)のキャストフィルムを同時又は連続的に2軸延伸する工程、好ましくは、PET又はPETコポリマーの含有量が15〜50%である場合にフィルムを連続的に2軸延伸する工程。
3)以下の工程を含む、少なくとも1種のポリエーテルブロックコポリマーを含む2軸延伸される通気性フィルムの製造方法:
(1)キャストフィルムを形成する工程、及び
(2)以下の工程を含む、工程(1)のキャストフィルムを同時に2軸方向に延伸する工程
(i)キャリッジ上に設置された対向位置のクランプ対でキャストフィルムの反対の端に沿ってキャストフィルムの連続部分を連続的に保持する工程;
(ii)クランプがフィルムを保持した後、中心線が及ぶ限り第2の法線に沿って整列させたクランプ対を保持しながら、キャリッジ間から等距離に伸びる中心線と隣接する経路に沿ってキャリッジを下流に進行させる工程であって、キャリッジを進行させる該工程は、キャリッジが下流に進行するにつれて、その間を等距離に伸びる中心線から横方向に離れてキャリッジを移動させる工程をさらに含み、該キャリッジの進行は、隣接する上流のキャリッジと比較して下流の各キャリッジを加速することにより行われる、上記工程。
4)包装フィルム、保護服、衣服、膜の製造における本発明のフィルムの使用。本発明のフィルムはさらに、プラスチック、繊維、不織布、織物、伸縮織物、紙、ポリオレフィン及びポリエステルからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の支持体、並びにその製造方法と関連している。
Claims (32)
- ポリマー混合物を含む2軸延伸された通気性フィルムであって、該ポリマー混合物は、ポリマー混合物の総重量を基準として、−少なくとも50%の少なくとも1種のポリエーテルブロックコポリマー;及び−0.5〜50%未満の少なくとも1種のポリエステル、を含む2軸延伸された通気性フィルム。
- 前記ポリマー混合物は、前記混合物の50〜95質量%の少なくとも1種のポリエーテルブロックコポリマー及び前記混合物の0.5〜50質量%の少なくとも1種のポリエステルを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリエーテルブロックコポリマーが、ポリエーテルエステル、ポリエーテルウレタン、ポリエーテルエステルウレタン、ポリエーテルアミド、ポリエーテルエステルアミド、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリエーテルブロックコポリマーがポリエーテルエステルである、請求項3に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリエーテルブロックコポリマーが、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)を含んで成る硬い部分と、200〜4000g/モルの分子量を有し、ポリエチレングリコール及び/又はポリプロピレングリコール及び/又はポリプロピレンエーテルグリコールを含んで成る柔らかい部分とを含んで成る、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステルが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリエステルコポリマーである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの厚みが0.5〜20マイクロメートル、好ましくは2〜6マイクロメートルである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、水蒸気透過率が15マイクロメートルの厚さの該フィルムに対して与えられた場合に、少なくとも300g/m2/日、好ましくは5000g/m2/日〜15000g/m2/日の最小の水蒸気透過率を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの引張強度耐性が、少なくとも3530N/mm2、好ましくは50〜16030N/mm2である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 60℃まで前記フィルム収縮は1%以下であり、及び/又は80℃までの前記フィルムの収縮は5%以下、好ましくは2.5〜4%の範囲である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、無機充填剤粒子を好ましくは500〜60000ppmの量で含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- さらに、プラスチック、不織布、織物、伸縮織物、紙、ポリオレフィン及びポリエステルから成る群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の支持体と付着した、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のフィルムの包装用フィルム、保護服、衣服、膜への使用。
- (1)キャストフィルムとしてポリマー混合物を形成する工程、及び(2)工程(1)のキャストフィルムを同時又は連続的に2軸延伸する工程、好ましくは、PET又はPETコポリマーの含有量が15〜50%である場合にフィルムを連続的に2軸延伸する工程を含んで成る、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記の同時に2軸延伸する工程が、(i)キャリッジ上に設置された対向位置のクランプ対でキャストフィルムの反対の端に沿ってキャストフィルムの連続部分を連続的に保持する工程;(ii)クランプがフィルムを保持した後、中心線が及ぶ限り第2の法線に沿って整列させたクランプ対を保持しながら、キャリッジ間から等距離に伸びる中心線と隣接する経路に沿ってキャリッジを下流に進行させる工程であって、キャリッジを進行させる該工程は、キャリッジが下流に進行するにつれて、その間を等距離に伸びる中心線から横方向に離れてキャリッジを移動させる工程をさらに含み、該キャリッジの進行は、隣接する上流のキャリッジと比較して下流の各キャリッジを加速することにより行われる工程を含んで成る、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記の同時に2軸延伸する工程が、(i)キャリッジ上に設置された対向位置のクランプ対でキャストフィルムの反対の端に沿ってキャストフィルムの連続部分を連続的に保持する工程であって、前記キャリッジは各々可動要素であるリニアモーターを組み込んでおり、(ii)クランプがフィルムを保持した後、中心線が及ぶ限り第2の法線に沿って整列させたクランプ対を保持しながら、キャリッジ間から等距離に伸びる中心線と隣接する経路に沿ってキャリッジを下流に進行させる工程であって、キャリッジを進行させる該工程は、キャリッジが下流に進行するにつれて、その間を等距離に伸びる中心線から横方向に離れてキャリッジを移動させる工程をさらに含み、該キャリッジの進行は、隣接する上流のキャリッジと比較して下流の各キャリッジを加速することにより行われる工程であって、キャリッジの進行は、各可動要素が関係するリニアモーターの静止要素の界磁巻線を励起させることにより行われ(iii)隣接する上流のクランプと比較して下流の各クランプを加速し、それにより、進行方向の縦方向及び横方向にフィルムを延伸させるために、漸増的により大きなエネルギーを有する下流の界磁巻線を励起させる工程を含んで成る、請求項15に記載の方法。
- (1)キャストフィルムを形成する工程、及び(2)以下の工程を含む、工程(1)のキャストフィルムを同時に2軸方向に延伸する工程(i)キャリッジ上に設置された対向位置のクランプ対でキャストフィルムの反対の端に沿ってキャストフィルムの連続部分を連続的に保持する工程;(ii)クランプがフィルムを保持した後、中心線が及ぶ限り第2の法線に沿って整列させたクランプ対を保持しながら、キャリッジ間から等距離に伸びる中心線と隣接する経路に沿ってキャリッジを下流に進行させる工程であって、キャリッジを進行させる該工程は、キャリッジが下流に進行するにつれて、その間を等距離に伸びる中心線から横方向に離れてキャリッジを移動させる工程をさらに含み、該キャリッジの進行は、隣接する上流のキャリッジと比較して下流の各キャリッジを加速することにより行われる工程、を含む、少なくとも1種のポリエーテルブロックコポリマーを含む2軸延伸される通気性フィルムの製造方法。
- 延伸が以下:(i)キャリッジ上に設置された対向位置のクランプ対でキャストフィルムの反対の端に沿ってキャストフィルムの連続部分を連続的に保持する工程であって、前記キャリッジは各々可動要素であるリニアモーターを組み込んでおり、(ii)クランプがフィルムを保持した後、中心線が及ぶ限り第2の法線に沿って整列させたクランプ対を保持しながら、キャリッジ間から等距離に伸びる中心線と隣接する経路に沿ってキャリッジを下流に進行させる工程であって、キャリッジを進行させる該工程は、キャリッジが下流に進行するにつれて、その間を等距離に伸びる中心線から横方向に離れてキャリッジを移動させる工程をさらに含み、該キャリッジの進行は、隣接する上流のキャリッジと比較して下流の各キャリッジを加速することにより行われる工程であって、キャリッジの進行は、各可動要素が関係するリニアモーターの静止要素の界磁巻線を励起させることにより行われ(iii)隣接する上流のクランプと比較して下流の各クランプを加速し、それにより、進行方向の縦方向及び横方向にフィルムを延伸させるために、漸増的により大きなエネルギーを有する下流の界磁巻線を励起させる工程を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエーテルブロックコポリマーが、ポリエーテルエステル、ポリエーテルウレタン、ポリエーテルエステルウレタン、ポリエーテルアミド、ポリエーテルエステルアミド、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエーテルブロックコポリマーがポリエーテルエステルである、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムは、水蒸気透過率が15マイクロメートルの厚さの該フィルムに対して与えられた場合に、少なくとも300g/m2/日、好ましくは5000g/m2/日〜17000g/m2/日の水蒸気透過率を有する、請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 延伸比率は2〜5倍の範囲、好ましくは3〜4.5倍の範囲である、請求項14〜21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- スロットダイでキャストフィルムを形成し、クエンチドラム上でフィルムを冷却する、請求項14〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記工程(2)で得られた2軸延伸フィルムを処理して大きさを弛緩させる工程を含む、請求項14〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (iv)クランプがフィルムを保持した後、中心線が及ぶ限り第2の法線に沿って整列させたクランプ対を保持しながら、キャリッジ間から等距離に伸びる中心線と隣接する経路に沿ってキャリッジを下流に進行させる工程によって行われ、キャリッジの該進行工程は、隣接する上流のキャリッジと比較して下流の各キャリッジを減速することにより行われ、キャリッジの該進行工程は、キャリッジが下流に進行するにつれて、その間を等距離に伸びる中心線から横方向に離れてキャリッジを移動させる工程を含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- さらに、延伸させた後にフィルムを加熱処理する工程を含む、請求項14〜25のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プラスチック、繊維、不織布、織物、伸縮織物、紙、ポリオレフィン及びポリエステルから成る群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の素材と前記2軸延伸されたフィルムとを付着させる工程を含む、支持体と付着した請求項12に記載のフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記フィルムが前記支持体上にラミネートされている、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが、熱溶解プロセスを通じてラミネートされる、請求項28に記載の方法。
- さらにプラスチック、繊維、不織布、織物、伸縮織物、紙、ポリオレフィン及びポリエステルから成る群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の素材と前記2軸延伸されたフィルムとを付着させる工程を含む、請求項14〜25のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが前記支持体上にラミネートされている、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが、熱溶解プロセスを通じてラミネートされる、請求項31に記載の方法。
