ジェネレエータによって超音波振動が発生される。該ジェネレータは本線の電圧を高電圧及び高周波数に変換する。シールドケーブルによって電気エネルギーを超音波変換器、いわゆるコンバーターに伝達する。コンバーターは、交流電場が供給された時に拡縮する特定の結晶の性質を利用する圧電効果に従って運転される。これによって、振幅変換域によってソノトレード(溶着ホーンとも称する)で変換される機械振動を生じる。振動の振幅は振幅変換域によってそれの大きさに影響を受ける。振動は2〜5N/mm2の圧力のもとでソノトレードとアンビルとの間に固定された被加工製品に伝達される。その時に分子摩擦及び界面摩擦によって可塑化に必要な熱が発生される。局所温度によって合成樹脂は軟化し始めそして減衰係数が上昇する。減衰係数の増加が更に熱を発生させ、これが自己促進反応の効果を保証する。この方法は非常に短い溶着時間及びそれによるしばしば高い経済性に特徴がある。

エンボス加工ロール温度: 150℃
線圧力: 75daN/cm
走行速度: 50m/分。
ラジカル重合用の慣用の200リッター反応器に2400gのアクリル酸、64kgの2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、6.4kgのN−イソプロピルアクリルアミド及び53.3kgのアセトン/イソプロパノール(85:5)を装入する。攪拌下に窒素ガスを反応器に45分間通した後に、反応器を58℃に加熱しそして40gの2,2’−アゾイソ酪酸ニトリル(AIBN)を添加する。次いで外部加熱浴を75℃に加温しそして反応をこの外部温度で継続的に実施する。1時間の反応時間の後に再び40gのAIBNを添加する。5時間及び10時間後にそれぞれ15kgのアセトン/イソプロパノール(95:5)で希釈する。6及び8時間後にそれぞれ100gのジシクロヘキシルペルオキシジカルボナート(Perkadox 16(R)、製造元:Akzo Nobel社)を800gのアセトンに溶解して添加する。反応を、24時間の反応時間の後に中止しそして室温に冷却する。
ポリマー1を特定沸点のスピリット60/95を用いて30%の固形分含有量に希釈する。次いで25重量%(ポリマー1の量割合を基準として)のコロホニウム樹脂(グリセリルエステル)Foral(R) 85 (製造元:man Chemical)及び0.3重量%(ポリマー1の量割合を基準として)のアルミニウム-(III)-アセチルアセトナート(イソプロパノール3%溶液)を添加攪拌しそして完全に溶解する。
太さ:≧3μm,好ましくは5μm〜15μm、特に好ましくは10±1μm
長さ:≧4mm、好ましくは4mm〜10mm、特に6±1mm、
密度:2.5g/cm3。

Claims (15)
- HF−溶着又は超音波溶着のような熱溶着操作において、片面を感圧接着剤で少なくとも部分的に被覆されている不織布製支持体を有する接着テープを用いるに当たり、該接着テープの支持体をポリマー基体と、硬化させて物理的結合させることを特徴とする、上記接着テープの用途。
- 不織布が更に好ましくはカレンダー法によって平面的に固化されているか及び/又はエンボス加工されているポリエステル、特にポリエステル又はコポリエステル繊維よりなる、請求項1に記載の用途。
- ポリエステル製不織布が以下の性質パラメータ
不織布坪量:30〜200g/m2、好ましくは70〜100g/m2、更に好ましくは85g/m2
厚さ:250μm〜800μm、好ましくは500μm〜600μm、更に好ましくは560μm
破断点伸び率:17〜87%、好ましくは25〜40%、特に好ましくは32%
縦方向の破断強さ:100N/5cm〜400N/5cm、特に200N/5cm
横方向の破断強さ:80N/5cm〜200N/5cm、特に130N/5cm
を有する、請求項2に記載の用途。 - 不織布がカレンダー法によって熱的に強化されそしてエンボス加工されているポリプロピレン製不織布である請求項1に記載の用途。
- ポリプロピレン製不織布が以下の性質パラメータ
不織布坪量:30〜200g/m2、好ましくは70〜100g/m2、更に好ましくは85g/m2
厚さ:250μm〜800μm、好ましくは500μm〜600μm、更に好ましくは560μm
破断点伸び率:17〜87%、好ましくは25〜40%、特に好ましくは32%
縦方向の破断強さ:100N/5cm〜400N/5cm、特に200N/5cm

を有する、請求項4に記載の用途。 - 不織布支持体に1種類以上の添加物、例えば顔料、紫外線防止剤、難燃剤を添加する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
- 不織布支持体が着色顔料の添加によて淡い色又は特に白色に着色されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
- 接着剤が天然ゴム又はアクリレートをベースとしておりそして該接着剤に熱溶着法では溶融しない繊維が添加されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
- 接着層が鉱物性繊維、例えばガラス繊維、炭素繊維及び/又は合成樹脂繊維、特にガラス繊維によって強化されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
- 接着剤に繊維が2〜5重量%添加されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
- 繊維がポリビニルアルコールよりなり、特に以下のパラメータを有する:
太さ:≧3μm,好ましくは5μm〜15μm、特に好ましくは10 ±1μm
長さ:≧4mm、好ましくは4mm〜10mm、特に6±1mm、
密度:2.5g/cm3
請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の用途。 - 接着層が20〜200μmの全体厚を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
- 接着層が透明である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
- 不織布支持体の裏側を非接着性に処理する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
- 自動車において、接着テープで包み込まれたケーブルハーネスを熱溶着のための、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の用途。
