Claims (12)
- 溶媒および触媒の存在下で反応器においてエチレンをオリゴマー化することにより線状アルファオレフィンを調製する方法であって、前記溶媒、前記触媒、前記線状アルファオレフィンおよび実質的に高分子量のオリゴマーを含む、前記反応器の排出流から、該高分子量オリゴマーを分離し、次いで、希釈媒質で希釈し、約130℃から約200℃の温度に加熱し、希釈された高分子量オリゴマーを廃棄装置に移送し、ループ操作のリサイクルを確立し、ループ流の流量が約1から約50m3/hであることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記高分子量オリゴマーを分離ユニット内で分離することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記反応器内の温度が約60から約100℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒がトルエンであることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記希釈媒質がトルエンおよび/または18より多い炭素原子を有するオリゴマーを含むオリゴマー化生成物の液体分画であることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記希釈媒質が、溶媒の精製装置の底部生成物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記希釈媒質が高分子量オリゴマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 高分子量オリゴマーが溶解した前記希釈媒質をループでリサイクルすることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記廃棄装置が焼却炉であることを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記高分子量オリゴマーを含有する流れを撹拌することを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記希釈媒質:高分子量オリゴマーの希釈比が約5:1から約15:1であることを特徴とする請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 線状アルファオレフィンを調製するための反応装置系であって、反応器、高分子量オリゴマーを分離するための分離ユニット、リサイクルループ、および廃棄装置への移送ラインを有してなる反応装置系。
