Description
実施例1
図1に図示されている工程フローチャートにしたがって、アルファオレフィンを製造した。
図2に図示されている工程フローチャートにしたがって、アルファオレフィンを製造した。
前記実施例2で、前記沈殿槽300の稼働温度を40℃に制御し、40分間稼働させて層分離させた以外は、前記実施例2と同じ方法で行った。
前記実施例3で、前記沈殿槽300にポリアクリルアミド(PAA)を0.5kgで投入して10分間稼働させて層分離させた以外は、前記実施例3と同じ方法で行った。
前記実施例3で、前記沈殿槽300にポリアクリルアミド(PAA)を1.0kgで投入し、6分間稼働させて層分離させた以外は、前記実施例3と同じ方法で行った。
前記実施例2で、前記沈殿槽300の稼働温度を80℃に制御し、38分間稼働させて層分離させた以外は、前記実施例2と同じ方法で行った。
比較例1
下記図3に図示されている工程フローチャートにしたがって、アルファオレフィンを製造した。
図4に図示されている工程フローチャートにしたがって、アルファオレフィンを製造した。
前記比較例2で、前記沈殿槽300の稼働温度を40℃に制御して2時間稼働させて層分離させた以外は、前記比較例2と同じ方法で行った。
前記比較例2で、前記沈殿槽300の稼働温度を80℃に制御して2時間稼働させて層分離させた以外は、前記比較例2と同じ方法で行った。
前記比較例2で、前記沈殿槽300を20分間稼働させて層分離させた以外は、前記比較例2と同じ方法で行った。
Claims (9)
- 単量体ストリームおよび溶媒ストリームを反応器に供給し、オリゴマー化反応させて反応生成物を製造するステップと、
前記反応生成物を含む反応器の排出ストリームを分離装置に供給し、分離装置の下部排出ストリームは沈殿槽に供給するステップと、
前記沈殿槽に有機系凝集剤を投入して高分子を沈殿させて除去し、高分子が除去された分離装置の下部排出ストリームを高沸点分離塔に供給するステップと、
前記高沸点分離塔で下部排出ストリームから高沸点物質を除去し、オリゴマーを含む上部排出ストリームは溶媒分離塔に供給するステップと、を含み、
前記単量体ストリームはエチレン単量体を含み、オリゴマーはアルファオレフィンを含み、高分子はポリエチレンを含み、
前記溶媒は、n-ペンタン、n-ヘキサン、n-ヘプタン、シクロヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン、オクタン、シクロオクタン、デカン、ドデカン、ベンゼン、キシレン、1,3,5-トリメチルベンゼン、トルエン、エチルベンゼン、クロロベンゼン、ジクロロベンゼンおよび卜リクロロベンゼンからなる群から選択される1種以上を含み、
前記有機系凝集剤は、ポリアクリルアミドである、オリゴマーの製造方法。 - 前記高分子の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、8万~15万g/molである、請求項1に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。
- 前記沈殿槽の稼働時間は、1時間以下である、請求項1または2に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。
- 前記沈殿槽の稼働時間は、40分以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。
- 前記沈殿槽の稼働温度は10℃~90℃であり、稼働圧力は0.1kg/cm2~3kg/cm2である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。
- 前記沈殿槽では、分離装置の下部排出ストリームを、溶媒を含む上層液と、オリゴマーを含む下層液とに層分離し、上層液ストリームは溶媒分離塔に供給し、下層液ストリームは高沸点分離塔に供給する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。
- 前記溶媒分離塔から連結されて沈殿槽内の上層液が形成された領域まで延びて備えられた溶媒抽出ラインをさらに含み、
前記溶媒抽出ラインを介して溶媒を含む沈殿槽の上層液ストリームを溶媒分離塔に供給する、請求項6に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。 - 前記沈殿槽の上層液内の溶媒の含量は、90重量%以上である、請求項6または7に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。
- 前記溶媒分離塔で溶媒が分離されたオリゴマーを取得する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。
