Description
Claims (17)
- ボア表面の切削加工用の工具であって、
一つのボデー(3)と、
幾何形状が定義された少なくとも一つの切刃(19;19')を有する少なくとも一つのチップ(13)を備える一つのカッタ機構であって、前記少なくとも一つのチップ(13)が、前記工具(1)の端面(5)に正接して取り付けられ、好ましくはそこにはめ込まれているカッタ機構と、
加工されるボアの内部で前記工具(1)を案内するための、少なくとも一つの案内面と、を有する、工具において、
前記少なくとも一つのチップ(13)が、前記切刃に隣接する、前記加工対象であるボアの半径よりも小さいある半径で湾曲された一つの支持面(35)が形成された一つの円弧研削面を備えており、前記切刃に直接隣接している前記支持面の領域が、前記ボアの加工対象である壁部に当接するとともに、前記工具(1)の周方向で見て前記切刃に対して離間した前記支持面の終端領域が、前記ボアの前記壁部に対して離間していることを特徴とする、工具。 - 一つのガイドレール(F1,F2,F3)によって、または、前記加工対象であるボアの半径よりも小さいある半径で湾曲された、案内面として利用される一つの支持面が形成された一つの円弧研削面を備えるもう一つのチップ(13)によって、前記少なくとも一つの案内面が形成されており、前記切刃に直接隣接している前記支持面の領域が、前記ボアの加工対象である壁部に当接するとともに、前記工具(1)の周方向で見て前記切刃に対して離間した前記支持面の終端領域が、前記ボアの前記壁部に対して離間していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記工具が、一つのチップ(13)と二つのガイドレール(F1,F2)を有し、または、一つのチップと少なくとももう二つのチップを有し、すべてのチップが一つの円弧研削面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の工具。
- 前記支持面の終端領域(51)と前記ボアの前記壁部の間の距離(da;db;dc;dd)が、0.02mmから0.001mmまで、特に0.01mmから0.003mmまでの範囲にあり、好ましくは0.005mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が、仕上げ削り用チップまたは粗削り用チップとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が上面視で多角形であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が菱形に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が実質的に三角形に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)の各側辺が描く線が、折れ曲がっていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が、回転式および/またはリバーシブルであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が、前記工具(1)の端面(5)の領域に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が、前記端面(5)の領域で前記工具(1)の前記ボデー(3)に実質的に正接して取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が、前記工具(1)の中心軸(7)に垂直な一つの仮想平面に対して、少なくとも一つの、好ましくは二つの軸回りに傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記チップ(13)が、一つの主切刃(29)と一つの副切刃(31)を有すること、および、前記支持面(35)が好ましくは前記副切刃(31)に対して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 直径60mmから120mmまでのボアの加工に使用される工具では、前記支持面(35)の領域の前記円弧研削面の半径が30mm、また前記支持面の幅が0.8mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 直径121mmから180mmまでのボアの加工に使用される工具では、前記支持面(35)の領域の前記円弧研削面の半径が60mm、また前記支持面の幅が1.2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 直径181mmから250mmまでのボアの加工に使用される工具では、前記支持面(35)の領域の前記円弧研削面の半径が90mm、また前記支持面の幅が1.6mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
