Abstract

183,252. Wragg, R., Wragg, H., and Wragg, H. April 21, 1921. Reamers.-Adjustable reamers comprise a head a in the end of which are mounted cutters b, consisting of a cylindrical body ground to form a notch with a radial side terminating in a cutting-edge b<3>, and attached to the head by a tapered shank. The shanks project into a transverse hole e which receives a tool for ejecting the cutters. Graduations x on the head facilitate setting of the cutters. The cutters are thickest at the cutting-edge, and any number may be fitted to one head. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 133,321.
