Claims (6)
- 支持体と該支持体よりも硬質で薄い表層の硬質薄膜とを含む積層体の前記硬質薄膜にラミネートフィルムを貼り合わせるラミネート工程と、
前記ラミネートフィルムを貼り合わせた積層体を前記ラミネートフィルムの反対側から該ラミネートごと裁断する裁断工程と、
前記裁断されたラミネートフィルムを前記硬質薄膜から剥離する剥離工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とする裁断方法。 - 前記ラミネート工程、前記裁断工程及び前記剥離工程は、長尺状に形成された前記積層体を走行させながら連続して行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の裁断方法。
- 前記裁断工程は、前記積層体を複数の位置で裁断を行い、前記ラミネート工程は、前記複数の裁断位置ごとに該裁断位置に沿ってラミネートフィルムを貼り合わせることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の裁断方法。
- 前記積層体は、前記硬質薄膜と前記支持体との間に、前記硬質薄膜よりも軟らかい緩衝層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の裁断方法。
- 前記硬質薄膜は、硬度がHRC70以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の裁断方法。
- 支持体と該支持体よりも硬質で薄い表層の硬質薄膜とを含む長尺状の積層体を長手方向に走行させる走行手段と、
前記走行手段によって走行する積層体の硬質薄膜の裁断予定位置にラミネートフィルムを貼り合わせるラミネート手段と、
前記ラミネートフィルムが貼り合わされた積層体を前記裁断予定位置に沿って前記ラミネートフィルムの反対側から該ラミネートフィルムごと裁断する裁断手段と、
前記裁断手段で裁断した後のラミネートフィルムを前記積層体から剥離する剥離手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする裁断装置。
