メチルオキサジアゾール化合物等を挙げることができる。特に、トリハロメチル−s−トリアジン、トリハロメチルオキサジアゾール及びトリアリールイミダゾール2量体が好ましい。
以下、本発明の具体的実施例を挙げ、本発明を、より詳細に説明する。
図2に示されるコーティング膜成膜装置20と真空成膜装置22を用いて機能性フィルムを製造した。
×:1.0×10−3g/m2・day以上
△:2.0×10−4g/m2・day以上、1.0×10−3g/m2・day未満
○:1.0×10−4g/m2・day以上、2.0×10−4g/m2・day未満
◎:1.0×10−4g/m2・day未満
図2に示されるコーティング膜成膜装置20と真空成膜装置22を用いて機能性フィルムを製造した。

△:2.0×10−2g/m2・day以上、1.0×10−1g/m2・day未満
○:1.0×10−2g/m2・day以上、2.0×10−2g/m2・day未満
◎:1.0×10−2g/m2・day未満
さらに、表1の実験1〜7の条件で、図3のレイオンローラ90を用いてフィルムロール42を巻き取った。即ち、レイオンローラ90をフィルムロール42にニップさせ、巻き取った。この場合、巻き取りテンションの制御とともにレイオンローラ90のタッチ圧も制御した。なお、レイオンローラ90のタッチ圧は、10〜100N/mになるように圧力を加えた。
Claims (5)
- 大気中において、フィルムロールから連続的に支持体を送り出し、該支持体上に硬度が3B以上のコーティング膜を成膜し、該支持体を30N/m以上の張力でフィルムロールに巻き取る工程と、
前記工程で巻き取られたフィルムロールを真空成膜装置内に装填し、真空中において、該フィルムロールから連続的に支持体を送り出し、前記支持体のコーティング膜上に無機膜を成膜し、該支持体をフィルムロールに巻き取る工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする機能性フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記コーティング膜が成膜された支持体をフィルムロールに巻き取るには、レイオンローラを使用して巻き取ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記無機膜を形成する厚みが10nm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の機能性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記コーティング膜が放射線硬化性のモノマー又はオリゴマーを含む材料から成膜されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1に記載の機能性フィルムの製造方法。
- 大気中において、フィルムロールから支持体を連続的に送り出す機構と、前記支持体上に硬度が3B以上のコーティング膜を成膜する機構と、前記支持体を30N/m以上の張力でフィルムロールに巻き取る機構と、を備えたコーティング膜成膜装置と、
真空中において、前記コーティング膜成膜装置で巻き取られた前記フィルムロールから連続的に支持体を送り出す機構と、前記支持体上のコーティング膜上に無機膜を成膜する機構と、前記支持体をフィルムロールに巻き取る機構と、を備えた真空成膜装置と、
を有することを特徴とする機能性フィルムの製造装置。
