【解決手段】長尺状の支持体Fに該支持体Fよりも硬質で薄い硬質薄膜14を設けた積層体10を裁断した積層フィルム端面16を該端面の垂直方向からみた、前記硬質薄膜14が設けられた面のダレ量Aとダレ長さBとの比B/Aが5以上になるように断裁する。

裁断された端面を該端面の垂直方向からみた、前記硬質薄膜が設けられた面のダレ量Aとダレ長さBとの比B/Aが、5以上であることを特徴とする。
×:肉眼で硬質膜の割れが認められる。
△:肉眼では確認できないが、光学顕微鏡(×500)で割れが認められる。
○:光学顕微鏡(×500)でも割れや離脱が認められない。
Claims (4)
- 長尺状の支持体に該支持体よりも硬質で薄い硬質薄膜を設けた積層体を裁断した積層フィルムであって、
裁断された端面を該端面の垂直方向からみた、前記硬質薄膜が設けられた面のダレ量Aとダレ長さBとの比B/Aが、5以上であることを特徴とする積層フィルム。 - 前記硬質薄膜は、複数層設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層フィルム。
- 前記硬質薄膜は、前記支持体の両面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の積層フィルム。
- 前記積層体は、前記硬質薄膜の下層として該硬質薄膜よりも軟らかい緩衝層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1に記載の積層フィルム。
